“Been going here for a few months now. I typically order through the app, I don't think I've ever had an incorrect order. My regular coffee order tastes consistent, staff has always been nice even when they are slammed. I've personally never had any issues!“

“The photos make it appear as though there is a safe place to stand when you are walking up for an order, but the photos, which I think are 3D renders of what the property was supposed to look like, doesnt match reality. Coffee was average, nothing any better or worse than Dunkin or Starbucks.“

“I always drive past this place on my way to work and finally decided to stop today. I ordered a macchiato, and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a bagel. The drink was absolutely delicious, and they had so many flavors to choose from! My egg was a little overcooked, but the sandwich was still incredibly fresh and warm by the time I got home. Prices were also very reasonable. Will be back!“

“Stumbled across this gem after a trip to Renningers market. We got the half wrap/soup combo with the chicken Caesar wrap and chicken corn chowder. The Chicken corn chowder is to DIE for! They offer homemade baked goods and healthier options which is always a plus for me. Prices can’t be beat. Our new breakfast/lunch go-to for sure.“

“I went to Kutztown back in the 1990s when the Bagel Bar still operated out of the bike shop. The bagels were good and service was friendly, but the owner's husband kept trying to recruit me into Amway. Recommended place to get bagels so long as the husband is off the Amway thing.“

“As a regular who remote works here up to 21 hours some weeks, I find the negative reviews inconsistent with my daily experience. This is the best-run (and cleanest!) Starbucks I’ve visited nationwide. The baristas are genuinely friendly and attentive, and my drinks are consistently well-made. Great atmosphere for remote work.“

“We had placed a mobile order and since there isn’t a option to get a cup of iced water. we went in line to see if we could get one. the barista it’s one of the older ladies there she responded really rude and unkind. She said that we have to order something and we told we placed mobile orders and just said well next time place it with your mobile order. We checked and I don’t think there’s a way to do that. But she said it in a really disrespectful tone. If we aren’t able to get the cup of water or we have to pay for it’s totally fine we would’ve understood but it’s just the fact she was rude to us this shouldn’t be happening.“

“I was so happy when a drive thru opened near me! I hated having to go into Target for coffee .. I have gone multiple times now since they've opened and have enjoyed every drink I've ordered. And they always give my dog a pup cup, too. Seems silly, but a little cup of whipped cream makes my dog so happy! Other coffee joints around try to charge you $1-2 for it... So I stopped going there and pretty much just go to Starbucks!

One thing i wish though: more gluten free food choices please! When I go there and I'm hungry, I would like to order something hot from their menu instead of having to pick up a small expensive fruit rollup.“

“Very good place and the prices are excellent. The mayorca with egg, bacon & cheese highly recommended with sugar. The papa's locas were very good with tripleta on it. The tripleta sandwich is also very good. Even the chicharron de pollo was very good. Malta India and OK cola !!!!“

“The Young lady whom waited on us took time to make my Grandson feel special by giving him his very own bag with his favorite 🍩. He said as we sat in car to eat, the lady was nice!!“

“I go here so often that they have my drink memorized and I don’t even have to order it anymore, they just know automatically what to make when they see me or my fiance. It’s always made perfect (even though it depends on who makes it regarding the caramel drizzle because sometimes it’s a good amount and sometimes it’s very little (I’m addicted to it and when I say extra, I totally mean EXTRA) lol. Wonderful staff!“
