“The staff was absolutely lovely from the hostess to the server. The atmosphere was intimate, the decor throughout was very cool. The menu is very fairly priced and the food was incredible. “Never disappointed after years of going there. Had 2 orders of shrimp and chips and large order of crinkle cut fries to share with my son. The food was hot and the order was ready quickly. From ordering to receiving orders was not even 7 Mins. I don't have any pics , devoured it hot in the car, before even leaving the parking spot.

“I'm giving you a 20 star first time I've ever ordered oxtails always just order fried fish and chicken and shrimp and sometime grill shrimp first off let me say that the beautiful young lady that work the front is amazing always smiling very sweet second the food is always hot and fresh but baby the oxtails in gravy the cabbage potatoe salad and rice is top that food was so good I was sucking the bones this store is the truth and the food proves it if you want good soul food in the city of Philly please please go to blu bay the best and I was asked if the oxtails better than the Jamaican stores the oxtails supercede the Jamaican restaurant one of a kind I will continue to go back more and more love it blu bay keep up the good work ?“

I've been there once before and enjoyed it so took her tonite. we throughly enjoyed it. food was delicious although my daughter's filet was a bit over done. our waitress chrissy was awesome. very attentive.. “Ok so, service was friendly and fellow taking orders was very patient and polite. I ordered the Gumbo which seemed rushed. It had no true flavor. I also ordered crab cakes which were a huge disappointment because i expected lump cakes but it was more like store bought heavily breaded cakes. Finally my friend had the Alfredo and he enjoyed it but i did not. Sauce was watery and didn’t smell at all like Parmesan. In their defense i should have likely kept is crabs and shrimp. If i try them again that’s what i will do!“

Parking: There is always street parking. And it's usually about a half hour wait. But good things come to those who wait. ;)“

“I was in the area and wanted something delicious to eat. We enjoyed the fresh seafood from Lew’s. I appreciated the customer service, cleanliness and the selection of seafood offerings. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back again if I’m ever the area.“
“After hearing many good things we had them for dinner tonight. We each got a wrap: the “favalafel”, chicken schnitzel, and beef brisket, plus we got the spicy lamb hand pie and “bff” crispy potatoes to share. The favalafel was tasty although the person ordering it suggested they’ll add hummus next time for some extra binder. The schnitzel was also tasty although a bite or two was more on the spicy side than the rest due to a concentration of the spread there. The beef brisket was a real stand-out although a bit messy to eat because of the sauce. The spicy lamb had a nice crisp wrapper and was spicy as advertised. The crispy potatoes were fried to perfection and the zhoug-black garlic ketchup was a nice accompaniment. We will definitely be ordering from here again!“

“This is not a sit down establishment. However the owner is very friendly and I like the service. The seafood is nice and hot when it's done and is enough to for two meals. You can get fried or broiled, of course I like it fried.

“Very friendly staff with quick and attentive service. Relaxing atmosphere with live music out on the patio area. I wanted to try something new (for me) in the area and was pleasantly surprised. I decided to go out of my comfort zone and try something new to eat as well as I've never really had a taste for seafood. I ended up ordering the crispy calamari, the king crab, and some wings just in case I didn't like it. WOW! the calamari was very good and my mind was blown with the King crab. Their buttery sauce was a perfect pair with the crab. It was a great experience. 100% will return very soon for more!“
