“The staff and patrons were all amazing! I felt the brotherly love Philly and the grease was on the bag before I opened it; so that was a good sign! I got the Chicken Cheesesteak my friend got the beef. Meat was seasoned and cut up nicely; however, the onions were laid on top of the meat in the hoagie and not chopped up with the meat. I think chopping them up together makes a more cohesive hoagie. Would also like to add bell peppers and not just hot peppers. The bread was also a little thick and made the hoagie harder to bite and more chewy. I toasted the bread later and that helped make it easier to chew. The bathroom was a tiny room, but Im glad they had one and it was fully stocked with toilet paper. Super cute establishment.“

“They have an intercom which is clear to let people know who have never been which window to go to and also tell people when their orders are ready. “We traveled to Hershey, Pennsylvania for the Labor Day Week/Weekend from North Carolina. We tried a couple other cheese-steaks, by far Sonny’s Cheese Steaks were the best! Hope to one day make the 8 1/2 hour trip again! Fries were good too wit wiz!“

I was in Philadelphia for my nephew’s graduation and wanted to try an authentic Philly cheesesteak. After asking around for the best spot, my niece recommended Ishkabibble’s, and we are so glad she did!

My wife, sister, nephew, and I traveled from Florida and Georgia hoping for a true Philly experience, and this place did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and taken care of right away. The staff was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain all the different options on the menu.

One thing we really loved was being able to watch the sandwiches being made fresh right in front of us. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious. The bread was fresh and soft, and the steak, melted cheese, and peppers were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Even my wife, who rarely eats meat, wanted to try the experience. She ended up loving her sandwich and thanked us for encouraging her to try it!

If you’re looking for an authentic Philly cheesesteak experience, I highly recommend checking out this little spot. You won’t regret it!“

“Showing love from Youngstown,Ohio!! Visited Philly for the Roots Picnic and a friend recommended this place. I loved the energy of the guys!!! Got us in and out in about 7 mins. They do take card! Unlike a lot of other businesses around there. I got a Steak Philly w/cheese, a strawberry lemonade, and banana pudding. The Philly bun was amazingly soft and whole sandwich was delicious! Nice amount of meat just how I like 😁..Fresh Strawberry lemonade was perfect. And that banana pudding! My goodness. They use the Chessmen-like cookies which I love!! “We spent a very enjoyable Saturday night in Bar Code for a friend's birthday. The food was fantastic - be adventurous and try the tripe and chicken gizzards, they were delicious. “I live not too far from Larry's steaks o. 9th and Girard. Im a Phillycat born and raised and I've been across country and to Alaska. This is hands down one of the best steak places to go in philly! And there are a few little hood jaws, up in the cut but good a** food. No doubt stop in and grab something in day or late night they the spot. I usually order a classic cheese steak and fries, cheese burger and fries, or a steak stromboli. Which I got a small and felt Hella greedy cause it was so fargin big! “I would recommend this spot considering my experience with them was at PHL Airport. Sadly they fall prey to the up charge you only see at airports...no refills on drinks! I get it if you're a chain like Sbarro or Chipotle but I had hoped this was not the case for an apparent local spot. Also as a suggestion I'd toast the bread, keep it from getting soggy.“

“My Daughters and I went to Pazzo Pizza for the 1st time on Friday night. I love the fact that they are open till 1 AM- it’s very convenient for when you’re looking for food on the late night. The pizza was very good. It was about $20. We had a 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pazzo special. It was delish💯💯. We finished the whole box and I will definitely go back! 😋

“I have been wanting to try this place for a while and when I remember they are either closed or sold out (I’m late to everything lol) Well we finally ordered today. My husband had the plain steak (he’s so boring🤣🤣) I had the Broadstreet and my son had the BG55. OMG, everything was delicious!! And the rolls were filled! No skimping on the meat here! Oh and my husband said the workers were very friendly! We will definitely be ordering from here again!“

“I've never been here, but I order through Uber Eats all the time. Their breakfast sandwiches are very good. I usually get the BOGO Grilled Cheese on a raisin bagel(1 Pork Bacon/1 Beef Scrapple) or a couple 2 Egg/Meat/Cheese raisin bagels. Sometimes I'll grab a couple Hash Brown Patties also. The food is not always made perfectly, but I've never had the food be nasty.

There are a couple of improvements they could make, though. One would be to add more meat comparable to the price that has to be paid for it. Normally, there are two whole slices of bacon on the sandwiches. (I believe three or four should be the norm, but that's just my opinion and love for bacon. I digress.) When you pay $4 for just extra meat, my sandwich should have four to five slices on it now, not THREE. I haven't paid for extra meat since that one incident. Nobody would be happy with a price tag like that. The other improvement would be to how the hash brown patties are prepped for delivery. There should be a small sheet of foil or parchment to keep the patties from sticking to each other as they cool. They are obviously placed on top of each other while they are still hot. As they cool, they bind to each other. Separating them without them just breaking to pieces is almost impossible. It's annoying.

Overall, though, I'm satisfied with the food I get from EB&D. The few inconsistencies I've experienced aren't enough to stop me from ordering from them. I hope my suggestions will be considered if the owner/management reads them. :)“
