“Iv never had a bad option from the hot or cold sandwich’s to the pizza everything is really good. Today I got the Paulie which blew me away and might just be one of the best steaks in the area(yeah big claim but it holds its own). This place is an absolute gem, I only write reviews when meals knock my socks off.“
“My husband and I absolutely adore Curly's Carnival Eats and Creamery! It’s our favorite place to escape and indulge our inner kids. The atmosphere is vibrant and nostalgic, perfectly capturing the fun spirit of the fair without the crowds. Every bite from the perfectly crispy funnel cakes to the decadent, creative ice cream flavors, is a celebration.
The portions are generous, the staff is cheerful, and it’s truly a unique spot that we look forward to visiting every time. If you want great desserts and fantastic carnival classics, make sure to bring your partner, family, friends, etc and check out Curly's! Highly, highly recommend!“

“Cute shop. The Korean corn dogs were good. Not sure if they were quite worth the price but not terrible. The 1/2 & 1/2 was more like 3/4 cheese with a 1/4 or less hotdog.
Didn't try anything else, but plan to go back and get donuts.“

“This offers fast food like hot dogs, sausages, burgers, and cheeseburgers for prices lower than most airport places. Pepsi products and huge homemade muffins. The food is just as great as all convenience store grilled foods. It is just steps from baggage claim and zone 7 for ride share pick up.“

“This was a wonderful stop on our last day in Philly! The breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip (even better than we could’ve made at home) and the coffee was incredible (10/10, I’ll definitely be ordering some online). The prices were surprisingly low for how good everything was. Add in the friendliest service, and you’ve got a hidden gem we’ll absolutely visit again next time we’re in the area.“

“Typically I have always experienced a feeling of appreciation when I visit the Philly Pretzel Factory in Bear, DE or Middletown, DE BUT, today my visit to the Middletown, DE location left me feeling unappreciated and in fact like I was being a pest. I stopped into the store in order to redeem my ‘celebrate the Eagles win’ coupon. I purchased the 5 pretzels and received 5 free. The pretzels were cold and hard. I complained to both the cashier and the gentleman making the pretzels and was told they were just made. I begged their difference and the gentleman gave me an unfriendly attitude and said he’d just put them back in the oven and they’d be just fine! Needless to say they weren’t. They didn’t taste as fresh as usual nor were they soft. In my opinion this visit was totally unacceptable!!!“

“Fresh hot cheese burger. Got better when I got to the middle of it. Made it a combo with fries and a drink. I received plenty of fries with the small size. Bill was $19.91. I planned on spending closer to $17 but was pleased with what I received. Customer service was great. The crew seemed like a family. A well organized crew. They didn't skip a beat.“

“I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the level of customer service I experienced at the Springfield location of the Pretzel Factory. On June 11, 2025 I visited the store expecting a quick and courteous transaction. Unfortunately, what I encountered was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. While several customers, including myself, waited in line to be served, an employee named ALFONZO was openly using his phone and not acknowledging anyone. When someone tried to get his attention, he casually flagged us off as if we were bothering him. There was no apology, no explanation, and certainly no sense of urgency or respect for customers. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful, it drives customers away. In a time when businesses rely heavily on customer loyalty and word of mouth, employees should be representing the brand with professionalism and basic courtesy. I strongly urge management to address this issue and ensure that staff are trained—or retrained—on the importance of customer service. If this is the type of behavior that is tolerated, I will not be returning, and I will certainly discourage others from doing so. Sincerely,“
