The place is always spotless, and I often visit with my grandchildren, who love it just as much as I do.

The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit a pleasure. They even go above and beyond by making exceptions for me—when it’s not too busy, they’re kind enough to prepare a fresh pint, something other locations just won’t do. “We are visiting from Indiana and decided to stop by for a sweet treat. Service was excellent, we got a small Belgian cookie which was DELICIOUS, a small mango which was also very good and a medium Oreo. My family and I enjoyed all three flavors and left very happy!
We really liked that they are open past 10pm. It really helped us out and it was such an inviting and cute atmosphere. Everything looked clean and definitely recommend this establishment!“

The location itself is beautiful, and the ice cream is some of the best I've ever had! Some might consider the prices high, but it's worth every penny. “I've been to Italy multiple times and this is the closest to authentic Gelato that I have had in the area. Besides the gelato being fantastic, they also have great customer service. I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday and it was accidentally sent to their West Chester location. It was an honest mistake that was remedied personally by their owner, Vincenzo. It was a Sunday evening and he left his house right away to deliver the cake personally. I was very impressed by his initiative and willingness to make sure my wife's birthday celebration went off without a hitch. Also, the cake was delicious!“
