Mom worked at presby and would bring home her leftover lunch, as kids we would Tear it up!!, that was over 20 years, and as an adult I still love the food. Parking: The old location the parking was a joke! But now they have a huge parking lot! Lots of open spaces for a lot more business to come.“

“Our server Elaine was nothing short of excellent! She was so pleasant, was very quick and always made sure we had everything we needed. She made our trip very memorable (we are staying at a hotel close by for a business trip). My daughter (she is four) saw they had a claw machine for a bouncy ball but we didn’t have cash on us play, Elaine overhead my daughter’s disappointment and came over and gave her a dollar to play! My daughter was so excited to win a ball for herself and her sister. I can’t thank her enough for making my daughter so happy and you can see she genuinely care for her customers, you don’t see that often nowadays. We want to thank you again Elaine for such an amazing experience and a delicious dinner. Would totally recommend this location to anyone!“

“I was very impressed with the customer service. I called Saturday evening with a specific pizza order that another pizza place continues to mess up no matter how many times I clarify. The worker that took my order asked me to repeat it to make sure he had it correctly and even read it back to me. When we got our pizza it was made perfectly. So many others look over the fine details and Vocellis took care of us!“

“Everything!!! The food is delicious and always fresh. The staff really do care that you have everything you need and the atmosphere is like hanging out with good friends! I have yet to eat anything I didn’t love or leave hungry. Usually enough leftovers for an entire meal. The prices are so incredible, it allows for a more generous tip for the wonderful staff. “First time going there last night 10/27/24. We ordered a large pepperoni xtra pepperoni and cheese pizza . And we drove from Apollo to Leechburg and pic it up and took it home and it was still hot. The employee’s were super nice. The dining room was very clean & nice looking. We will be ordering again . Friendly employees that names it nicer to pick up or eat in. Or to even come back. “I ordered over the phone a ny style pizza today. When I arrived pizza was ready, but was regular. WITHOUT hesitation, the gentlemen working said I will make you another no charge. I said nope, it could have been misheard I was using my speaker phone. We both agreed with misunderstood eachother. He made me what I wanted..I said I would buy both..I believe he discounted me..the point being, his customer service was excellent. I am in high-end travel customer service I give them 5 stars for his! I will be back because of it!

“The manager, Paige was super nice. She also served our table as there was an evening callout. She was very attentive and polite. “It’s pizza. No frills, no high-brow concepts, no new features. It’s pizza in the most predictable form. They take the pizza and make it well. This place has not disappointed me - except one time when the card reader broke, but that will buff out in the score.

I see others complain occasionally as to the quality of service, but I think it’s to be expected of a regular high-volume pizza joint. I’ve had no issues with service or quality.

When we are feeling like it’s a plain and simple Springdale pizza night - this is the one we happily go to every time.

Pizza and breadsticks were both cooked perfectly, even had the light sauce that was requested. Everyone knows Burrell Inn is the best.It's connected to a bar so you get some cigarette smell, but still worth it.This last time we ate outside in the little courtyard. It's cozy out there and fun. “Always love Bob's. I've never been to the other locations, but the Tarentum location has never been a disappointment. Staff is always friendly & helpful. I always get the chicken salad (not Bob's way). In fact, this is one of my favorite chicken salads! I do not like celery, or anything else that crunches when you bite it, so I love that the 'crunchies' are chopped tiny, so they don't really crunch when I eat it. My husband has tried several (all Bob's way), and all have been good.“
