The worker that took my order asked me to repeat it to make sure he had it correctly and even read it back to me. When we got our pizza it was made perfectly. “I ordered over the phone a ny style pizza today. When I arrived pizza was ready, but was regular. WITHOUT hesitation, the gentlemen working said I will make you another no charge. I said nope, it could have been misheard I was using my speaker phone. We both agreed with misunderstood eachother. He made me what I wanted..I said I would buy both..I believe he discounted me..the point being, his customer service was excellent. I am in high-end travel customer service I give them 5 stars for his! I will be back because of it!

“We were on the road a little later than we wanted to be and it was getting late. We needed to find a place to eat and we mentioned pizza. I knew there was a couple pizza options in the area since I drive this direction for work. We never stopped here before, but figured we would give it a try. The workers were very friendly, and the pizza was good. I have been meaning to stop back and try some of the other food but just have not had the chance. I heard the Stromboli‘s are really good.“

“This is great spot for lunch. I go out of my way a few times a month and get the same thing. Always consistent in appearance and flavor. They are well staffed for lunch, so it's never a long wait (I think the longest wait was 20 minutes or so. Usually 10- 15 minutes). Plenty of parking for big trucks or for someone towing a boat. Leave the potato chips at home and take pizza instead when you go fishing or boating. P.S.- Plenty of napkins and a bathroom is available if you order food.“

“I havent had wings in Years due to everywhere i went they always had a ton of feathers still attached and just didnt hit the palate right. Today my daughter brought me wings from here.. They were in a nice box, still hot when they got here and absolutely amazing!! I will definitely be purchasing them here in the future and can not wait to let my children try the pizza. Everyone knows Burrell Inn is the best.It's connected to a bar so you get some cigarette smell, but still worth it.This last time we ate outside in the little courtyard. It's cozy out there and fun. “Always love Bob's. I've never been to the other locations, but the Tarentum location has never been a disappointment. Staff is always friendly & helpful. I always get the chicken salad (not Bob's way). In fact, this is one of my favorite chicken salads! I do not like celery, or anything else that crunches when you bite it, so I love that the 'crunchies' are chopped tiny, so they don't really crunch when I eat it. My husband has tried several (all Bob's way), and all have been good.“
