I spoke with Christine who helped me place the order, and helped me to decide the best options for my menu. One of my options was a prime rib, where I received a phone call from Johnny himself to help me figure out the best way to prepare it for the party. When it was time to retrieve the food on the day of the party, everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Johnny once again came out and was talking with me about the food. I appreciate this aspect of a business, it makes you feel like you’re in a friendly environment, rather than a sterile kitchen. The food quality was amazing. Every platter was delicious, and every guest was happy with how the food turned out. The prime rib was the largest hit, not surprisingly. I couldn’t believe the value of everything as well. “I am not a person who rights reviews, but, I feel it necessary to recognize this restaurant as one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I have been to this restaurant a number of times and never said anything. This review comes from a customer service stand point. I recently purchased a giftcard via the internet to give as a gift. The amount is irrelevant but it was not small. I bring this up because, I myself can be an anxious person. I must have called this restaurant no less then 4 times to get the status of the card. Needless to say I can be a real pain in ass, but I digress. The way the staff put up with me and handled my situation was nothing less then kind and professional. This restaurant should be recognized with a Michelin Star. Superior service, 5 Star cuisine, and an atmosphere from the heavens. Thank you Anthony's of Springfield. I look forward to being served once again.

“10/10 do recommend. Excellent pup cup served. Filled to the top and swirled with love. Non dairy so belly doesn’t get upset. Mom loves their coffee and generally picks up some baked goods as well. I can generally convince her to share. My favorite is the lemon cake.“

Our waitress was MIA most of the meal after she dropped off our food. No refills on drinks when we needed it. Then it took twenty minutes to get our check. Everyone around us was also complaining. One waitress for ten tables? It is obvious they were paying more attention to the larger party in the side room. . They need to hire more waitstaff. It spoiled the outing.“

The bread is great and the sauce was really flavorful. The arrancini balls were good.

The pasta was a bit dense and the gnocchi had a slightly weird taste to it.

“Everything about this place is perfect, esp. the food, we got the short rib, if it's on the menu I always order it, this has to be one of the best I've had. It was an Asian style, with chopped bok Choy, the meat fell apart, so tender. The asparagus and little gem salad was shared, and also perfect, I give them 10 for food. Service was impeccable as well.
