I've been critical of Trenton style tomato pies in the past... usually covered with overpowering, acidic, cheap tomato sauce and barely a dusting of "parmesan" cheese. Trios' pies are a whole other level above that. Their crust is thin and crusty. They use amazingly sweet crushed tomatoes. The toppings are very Italian. Authenticity is key here... you won't be dissapointed!“

We got the tuna crudo and squash arancini for starters. Then we got the mushroom tortellini, penne ala vodka, and the chitarra with meatballs. Dessert we had like a white chocolate pudding, and an apple pastry. Everything was delicious - our only complaints are that the mushroom pasta was slightly over salted, the peas in the penne felt a bit too hard and undercooked, and the desserts were a bit too sweet for my taste. Our favorites were the tuna, chitarra, and arancini. I recommend making a reservation but we walked in and sat at the chefs table (first come first serve) and it was so much fun watching them make our meal (shoutout to the chefs working tonight)! Note: I cant speak on regular serving sizes and their affordability/value since we only got family style.“

Last night was completely different and I thought it was important to say so. The service was attentive. The wine list was expanded and had more affordable options. But the star of the night was the food. Eggplant fritters were crispy outside and pillowy inside and came with a delicious complementary dipping sauce. A charcuterie board is not usually something that excites me. But the selections we tried were transportative. The pecorino tartufo with our Pinot noir were the perfect pair. The other meats and cheese we tried made every bite a party. Our entree selection was the lasagne, which we didn't realize was vegetarian. The dish completely won us over. Inventive and flavorful, the lasagne in not like something you've had before and is a must try! I'm so glad we came back and gave Adelina's another try. Cheers!“

We were immediately greeted by some of the sweetest servers and our own server Jack was so so attentive and helpful. The service alone would make me want to go back, but the food was delicious, and there were so many options to choose from! I wanted to try the Roman flatbreads, the pizza, the sandwiches…the wings…!!! But I settled for the brussel sprouts, one of the salads and one of their special schiacciata sandwiches! They had so many options and me and my sister chose the Dante which was pretty good, turkey with grilled zucchini and burrata. I think I would have preferred one of the others a little more but it was still very good! My fiance ordered the cheesesteak and he loved it as well as another appetizer. “Excellent food and service! Very tight dining room which was packed caused some chair bumping and made the staff have to do a lot of side stepping and shimmying to maneuver around tables. My father is very hard of hearing so it made some conversation with him extra challenging. Over all though was an excellent meal with attentive and friendly staff“
