“We love the food and atmosphere at the Carsonville hotel. Try the Pink Drink.... I love it!!!! Food prices are good and so are drink prices. We had New England clam chowder, . . Amazing! Burger one of the best in the area... Open faced roast beef ZERO fat! Worth the 45 min ride for us.“

“We were visiting our friends and had breakfast there once, and a snack a few days later. Everything was very good, and as Germans, we’re always impressed by how friendly the staff is there. I had breakfast with scrapple (I know it’s not healthy, but I just love the taste :-) ), and the waitress checked in on us often, just to see if we needed anything else or wanted more coffee—that’s what I call excellent service. When we visit our friends in Halifax again, we’ll be happy to come back.

“I had an absolutely amazing dinner here with my daughter! I ordered the steak with mashed potatoes, gravy, and a side of broccoli, and the food was incredibly delicious. The service was top-notch—the staff was attentive, and our food was ready quickly. The entire place was very clean, making for a perfect dining experience. I couldn't have asked for a better evening. Highly recommend!“

“Traditional American restaurant. This restaurant already operated for 75 years and now is managed by the 3rd/4th generations. The food is so good! We ordered a few entree(chicken bowl, 6 Oz sirloin steak, liver and onion) , the portion is big and the food is freshly made. The vegetable of the day is sautéed tomatoes and the sauce is superb!“

“Excellent food! Out of the 3 pizza places here in Elizabethville, my opinion is they're the best place. Their dining area is always presentable, the workers are normally very kind. I really enjoy the dim light setting and privacy setting in there as well, as it should be. We sometimes dine-in but usually we just get takeout. The only things I do not like about this place: The fact that do not do delivery and the fact that it is not wheelchair accessible. So if someone is in a wheelchair and wants to have their food, they have to have someone pick it up for them.“

“This place is doing it right! Had some great service by Brooks B. He was friendly, attentive and truely knew and cared about the menu. The food came out fast. The steamed shrimp were seasoned well the honey Sriracha chicken had just the right heat the rice pilaf was on point. You could tell the kitchen put in a solid effort to scratch make as much as possible. Oh and the recommended key lime pie was a great decisions! 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Copper!“

“Some of the best food I've had. The owner kept open near close to serve us, and personally served and cooked all the food for us. We had the bourbon barbecue wings and hot honey garlic wings. Which were both fantastic and made with in house sauces. We also had the eagle fries which are some of the best loaded fries I've ever had. On top of that, we had the crab grilled cheese which was to die for. The atmosphere was also really nice, it was clean and the lighting was not harsh on the eyes. Very amazing place and amazing owner would recommend.“
