“Sushi at SoHo wasn’t on my bingo card for today but after stumbling upon it, I am so glad we did! The atmosphere is very cute and the server was attentive and friendly. I thought it was really thoughtful and unique that each table had a bottle of hand sanitizer on it. They clearly put effort into the presentation of their food with the edible flower and spicy mayo heart. When our server came back with the check, she handed us a little pack of Pocky sticks which was such a nice touch! I would definitely come back here again!“

“First time visiting and we were blown away. The atmosphere is sophisticated and feels very up scale.The food was fabulous in taste, portion, and visual appeal.I personally had shrimp and scallop teriyaki and it was stunning. The teriyaki was sweet and not pungent. The scallops were cooked to perfection. I was also very pleased with the shrimp shumai. I very much recommend this establishment. Their staff were very friendly and courteous. Our waiter was very diligent, knowledgeable, and above all kind. He had wonderful recommendations which did not disappoint. The chairs for dining in were comfortable and while the overall restaurant is small it didn't feel cramped.“

“I’ve been coming to Blue Fin for years (even when they were located previously on Germantown Pike). After all these years, the food and the service has not changed – it’s wonderful. I had to write a review and really sing Blue Fin’s praises after my most recent visit. For my 40th birthday last week, I wanted my birthday celebration at Blue Fin with my closest friends. There were 7 of us and we were really loud (so sorry)! The chef brought out the sushi and very politely, asked us to bring the volume down. He was super sweet with his approach. The restaurant closed at 8:30 and we were there till 9:30, everyone had left.I really could not thank Blue Fin enough for their patience on a loud Wednesday night. They really went above and beyond.The sushi is dynamite too, best in the area. My go to’s for the last 15 years: Wasabi shumai, Davitch roll and No Name II.Thank you BlueFin, for everything! (PS, we did tip well.. a dollar a yell).. lol“

“I went to Umai for dinner. I ordered rolls and they were very tasty. I would however prefer to have more fish in my sushi ? That's why I only gave a three stars. The restaurant appeared to have multiple regulars there because they called the staff by name. Overall the food was good. The staff was very friendly. Good service. I think it's a nice place to sit down and have some dinner with friends.“

“1st time here. We came because I saw photos of the teriyaki steak meal but found out that was from the previous restaurant that was here. They mostly have ramen dishes now, so we gave it a try. I had the tempura shrimp to start, and my husband has the veggie spring roll. I got a shrimp Ramen and my husband got the spicy chicken Ramen. It was something that we never had before but it was good.“

“Ever since we discovered Bonjung we can’t get enough of their delicious food. My husband and I have gone there three times in the past 10 days. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Can’t recommend it enough. They knew it was my birthday on Saturday and I got a complimentary fried ice cream.“

“Had an incredible lunch at Asahi in Lansdale. Ordered the Salmon Teriyaki Bento Box, which came with a miso soup and a ginger salad, rice, 3 dumplings, California roll, spicy tuna roll and a seaweed salad. I also ordered my favorite, an eel roll. All that for only $27. Very friendly staff! What a perfect and filling meal. I can not recommend this place enough!!! Try it and enjoy.“

“Ate here in July 2023 for an anniversary dinner and it was great! Sushi was huge and very delicious! We ate outside in the deck, which was nice. Even though it was hot outside, it was a cooler with the trees surrounding the deck. A great find in Skippack!“

“A consistently perfect and amazing local standby! The restaurant has been staffed by the same family for the full 10+ years that I've been going, and they are always friendly, courteous, and so hardworking. Food is hot and perfect every time. Love their donkatsu and udon combos!“

“I had the sweetheart roll, salmon avocado, and eel avocado rolls were fresh amazing. The atmosphere is cute for date nights and was informed it's BYOB. There's other non sushi items on the menu too. “We love OOKA and travel almost an hour for our meals here. The cost is always high for our party of 6 so we reserve our trips. Food is always excellent and I have never had a complaint about any of our choices. We went last week for my son's birthday. Food was excellent as usual for all choices of sushi and hibachi. This trip though the floors were sticking to our shoes all the way through the restaurant. Restooms could use a good corner cleaning. And surprisingly, after the meal we had to get up and go to the counter twice to get service to finalize our visit. It was a weeknight so while it was busy it was not over packed when we were there. Still excellent food, just hope the service returns to normal next trip as this was not our normal experience here.“

“Kabuto was amazing! I visited on a Friday evening and the service was impeccable, the food was absolutely delicious. The inside is stunning and big enough for large parties and small events. They have happy hour with half priced cocktails and appetizers! The Japanese sunflower cocktail is so yummy! The hibachi is the best I’ve ever had. I cannot wait to go back, I have been craving it since I went!“

“Out of all the rice cake I’ve had I love this places style so much, mild spice and the udon + the rice cake is perfect. So thankful we are blessed with little gems like this even outside of big cities. May they prosper forever and continue to make wonderful food.“

“While we have never been to Tomodachi we get takeout from here a lot, so I can only comment on the food. When a restaurant has such a wide variety of food usually everything is average. Not the case here. They have excellent sushi and signature rolls, the sashimi is beautifully fresh, the hibachi meals are delicious and generous portions, and their pad Thai is one of the best I've had. We are never disappointed when we order from here The only thing I will say is that it always takes a long time for the food to get to us, and it seems to be because the kitchen is slow and not the deliver service“
