“Counter staff could be much friendlier. The lady checking out customers was VERY short tempered and impatient when my family and others were ordering. We were only giving our orders like normal, nothing slow about the order, so to be rushed and so rudely dealt with was un called for. Other people in line were commenting on how rude she was, so on a funnier note, we all were joining in on the eye rolls and head shakes.I normally only leave positive reviews for businesses, as I understand how difficult it is working with the public, but this lady was truly incorrigible.“

“To start off, I gotta admit that I'm literally OBSESSED with anything pizza. And still, I'm a huge pizza critic. I normally go to locally owned pizza joints, because that's where I think you'll find the best and most authentic pizza.

But this pizza Hut store, this store on Harrison City, right off of Rt 130, is not only the best Pizza But I've ever been to (the quality of their food is top notch! It really is!) but they're definitely one of the best pizza restaurants around, a fact that I see someone else already pointed out. And that's saying a lot!!!

Also their delivery drivers are quick and so nice too. And so are the people behind the counter too. This location is the best and has never let me down!!!“

Today they made a very difficult situation a little better.
Shout out to the Jeannette DQ! On our way to the a Vet with Max our German Shepard, we noticed that the window was open at our DQ on Rt 130 in Jeannette/Hempfield. We had to pull over to rearrange the seating with the dog in the Explorer. I went up to the window and asked if by chance had any Ice Cream to give our dog. I explained where we were headed and why. The owner said "Hold on 1 Minute". A minute later he came walking around the corner with a dish of Ice Creame for our Max. He asked if he could see him. I opened up the hatch and he gave him the ice creame and petted Max for a few minutes. Can't thank him enough. This little jesture of kindness was huge for us. We were able to give Max one last treat! Thank you so much. I hope this message goes viral and you get paid 1,000 fold. You totally deserve it. Dairy Queen (Treat)“

“My family's favorite sub shop. 45 minute drive but always worth it. Tried at least a dozen different items now and all were the best. If you have never been there - you really do not know what you are missing - it has no equal. The bread and meats and prep are all unique - a really great place !!“

We came in 12•13 at 3 to get some post shopping snacks. We were greeted by a young lady named Tao who was super friendly and patient when taking our order. Her manager, whose name I did not catch but she was a taller lady with curly hair who put down her previous activity to help Tao make our food, was more than happy to chat with us while we waited and even gave us fresh turn-overs! Thanks for making a good day a great one!“

I was there for a late lunch (around 1pm) on 10/4/25 and even though the drive thru was busy, my friend and I ordered our food in the dining room and had it come out within 4 minutes. “I went to enjoy dinner and their indoor play place tonight with my two young boys. The manager who took my order was so kind. She talked to my boys and carried our tray of food to the room as I had my hands full. She even noticed I didn't have napkins and went and grabbed us some. It made my night. But it's McRib time and they are the only McDs in Westmoreland that has it at this point. I really dreaded going to this location. But the employees and food was above expectations. Idk if they still close whenever they feel like it. But the McDs today acted professional and has some really excellent employees. Thank you for a delicious McRib and service. “Great flavored oven baked pizzas, with wide variety of options. Limited options for Veg pizzas. Add ons and side dishes are adequate and offer a great tasting experience. Kids would love the pizzas as they have thin crust and good cooked flavors.“

“What a strange place! A big dining room with maybe eight tables in it? The food was okay. Portion sizes seem a bit small for the price, and the steak was a bit dry. I have the pepperoni cheese steak, and I wasn't impressed. Pepperoni really doesn't add a good flavor on top of steak.“

“I had put an order in on the app yesterday for two chicken cantina tacos and when I got to the window they told me my order wasn't there. I looked on my app and it said order received and your order is ready. We couldn't figure out what the problem was and I know they have to go by their protocol and wait for the order to pop in. Needless to say I was tired of waiting a few minutes and just left. As I turned out of the parking lot and waited at the red light, I saw the manager running from the store to my car and he told me that he had made the tacos and sorry for the inconvenience. This is the definition of going above and beyond and was a great display of customer service. Kudos to the manager and their team for making the customer feel appreciated. Keep up the good work.“

My kids were so excited to stop at this McDonald’s specifically because it had a second floor! We have never seen one! It’s the little things in life really..

We ordered on the kiosk and received our food in a timely manner. Food was very good! Workers were pleasant and served with a smile. Fries were fresh! Fun happy meal toys!

Stairs to the upstairs had a few sticky marks, but overall, the restaurant was very clean on both floors. It was nice having a second floor away from the rush. Nice and quiet.

We really enjoyed our visit! Would definitely return!

“The workers are absolutely amazing, they wernt above and beyond to be kind and welcoming. The restaurant is absolutely freezing. I had to keep my coat and hat on and still felt so cold I ate quickly so my kid and I could leave.

The bathrooms are even colder, it's as though the heat isn't working at all or somebody higher up is being cheap and not turning it on.

People shouldn't have to work in conditions like this, they deserve better.“

Another coworker (possibly management) came over and helped and explained to the young coworker what happened. She made sure I was taken care of during a frustrating moment for me and was kind and patient with the young worker. The staff was incredible and helped make my night better.
