My husband and I trailed off from getting delivery from this restaurant since the pandemic ended but perhaps after our dinner last night we’ll pick things back up. I miss my lava burger but the jalapeño burger was a nice substitute. Husband got the south Philly. Also, wasn’t there an option to switch your patty choice from beef to turkey? I digress. Still a five star meal. Might use DoorDash next time instead of Slice to avoid delivery confusion.“

“I’m in town one night for a business ordeal, and I needed some dinner. I really wanted wings, and not from a franchise. Hello wings came up upon a gps search for “wings”, and upon seeing the reviews and trying myself I’m certainly happy! I had to rate a 4 because, 1. The wing prices are strange. A 6 piece is 9.99 but a 10 piece is 16.99? I would guess the 10 piece be at 14.99 for equivalent pricing at the 6 piece. 2. I couldn’t get just a 6-inch sub. Had to get a footlong. I love close to Altoona, so being this close to Philly, I wasn’t going to pass up a chance for a cheesesteak. I got the Gangnam style wings (sweet w/less heat) and Philly cheesesteak. Those wings DID NOT miss! Juicy, flavorful, and breaded fine! And the hoagie, packed extremely well! Do yourselves a favor, and stop in if you’re hungry!“

“I would definitely recommend this Red Robin for any party occasion or just dining in. I’ve dined in at this restaurant many of times and each time the food was delicious and the service was awesome! This particular time I had my husband’s Surprise 30th birthday party held there and it turned out great! All of the staff made sure my event went perfectly. Donay (the assistant manager) helped me organize my party with them and made sure all of my requests were met. Megan (catering coordinator) she fulfilled my order to exactly what I wanted and the Red Robin made sure my gluten free buyers were made fresh to order for the guest I had that needed the accommodation. On this occasion I was at the front register when an employee that was preparing an order started towards me with his gloves still on to take my order. Another employee stated he would take my order and he immediately took his gloves off so he could work the register. That’s a Five (5) stars in my book. Some places the employees think that those gloves are to be never taken off, touching rags, registers, etc and then touching food. The name on the ticket was James R. Thank you James R!! “We love it here! Ended up here during the DTown car show and hugely surprised at this new restaurant. First, wonderful spot with the windows and looking out over Dtown. We've been here twice now. Always seated quickly. BEST burgers and HUGE. And I like fries but their sweet potato fries are delicate donut pillows of fries. Seriously, the best I've ever had. Fun wine selection for a flight and we got recommendations too. When the wine was out that was paired with the meal, we go a free glass of another similar one. Friendly service, great food, nice atmosphere. Will be back!“

“We've gotten Korean fried chicken wings from here a couple of times and we love it!
The chicken is crispy and the sauce is good, we love the fried rice cake and their radish!
We usually get spicy level 2 and spicy soy.
Spicy level 3 is definitely spicy but good.
Highly recommend eating it right away because once the sauce gets soaked into the chicken it'll no longer be crunchy or just get sauce on the side. The chicken pieces are pretty big! And juicy! If you need your pieces to be sauced up, I would let them know cause sometimes our pieces are only half sauced up, and we just dip more from the bottom.

Customer service has always been friendly, but they always tell us 10-13 minutes and it's literally always taken 25 minutes, which isn't that long cause your at the mall and can walk around but it would be nice to not have to rush back every time to just wait even more. (Just tell people it'll be 15-25 minutes!)

This is definitely our go to chicken spot now and we've recommended it to many friends who also like it. I hope their here to stay and that they get the snow cheese back!“

The service was reasonable, not beyond that the atmosphere is good, the music and the acoustics are reasonable. Parking is convenient. The prices are absolutely reasonable.
