“My wife, our son Declan, and myself stopped in for lunch around 1 on a Saturday. Service was great and they were very accommodating to our 9 1/2 month old son, providing a high chair as soon as we were getting seated. The staff was very friendly and engaged us in light conversation. We got a medium pizza with italian sausage that was absolutely amazing and cheese ravioli with meat sauce, also very delicious. The restaurant has a very cozy, traditional feel that we loved. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit and mad it was my first time there after living in the area for over 20 years.Kid-friendliness: Very accomodating to our son, giving us plenty of napkins, plates, and some crackers to snack on.“

“I have been to this restaurant with family and friends at least a dozen times. This is the best Mediterranean food I have ever had. Totally authentic with the best ingredients. It is seasoned to perfection and everything tastes delicious. My family and friends have all been very impressed as well. It’s healthy and delicious food and I love supporting a family owned business. The restaurant is clean and the service is friendly. I would love to eat here every day.“

“We forgot to take photos of the salads but they were great. The candied walnut apple chicken salad with champagne vinegrette was delicious. The boys split the carrot cake and highly recommend. The deep dish pizza was a favorite too. My husband liked the house Italian dressing too. Our server was great too. Definitely a favorite.“

“Amazing pizza! I have been wanting to try this place for a while, and I had a real big craving for margherita pizza and wow! I’m a huge Mercurio fan, and I liked this even more because it was never soggy. The New York style was amazing as well, and the salad was delicious! We’ll definitely be back!“

“Can’t rate this place high enough. Every time my family has dined in we are treated like family and leave with full bellies and happy hearts. We love to come as large groups and order from their Family style menu for larger portions to charge. The Roman pizza is unique in the area and we love it. The homemade pasta divine is our favorite. The espresso martinis are made with in-house vanilla infused vodka and real espresso! 20 drafts on tap! Wine on tap for Prosecco floats?! We always make sure to save room for the best gelato in the states! So many tasty options. We recommend the Wild Italian Cherry and the Orange Julio with candied oranges. The sweat cream topped with espresso affogato style is to die for ? The whole team are rockstars. Reservations are easy to make and change online. We love the clean open kitchen and the vibe of the dining room space as well as the bar.Kid-friendliness: Foosball table!Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple entryways, ramp to bar“

“Found this hidden gem today on my way to work. I had the Italian sub with chips. It was both delicious and filling. The owner is a real nice down to earth gentleman I had the pleasure of conversing with as I waited for my meal. I ended up eating the whole 1/2 sub, which is rare for me. I will be back for the Tuesday special as I was delighted to see they have Michelob ultra light on tap verses in the bottle. The waitress was also very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place ❤️“

“What an incredible experience. From the gentlemen behind the counter to the pizza itself. All quality. Don’t hear enough about this particular pizza place. Glad I stumbled across it. I have it up there with what most people consider the best in the burg. This place was fantastic. I travel the area tasting small business pizza shops and this place is a quintessential destination on a list of top ten places I’ve experienced. Kudos guys. Fantastic product made with pride and experience.“

“Easily the best pizza I've had in Pittsburgh! I'm from NY and I've been looking everywhere for the perfect slice. This is it. Ingredients are all made in-house and it shows. We just finished our order and I already can't wait to go back. I don't review much on yelp but you all need to know about this place!!!“

“Hands down the best pizza in Robinson…possibly in all of Pittsburgh. Their prices are reasonable and their free breadsticks deal is unmatched! Idk how they do it, but you’ll know what I mean by the first taste. Customer service is on point too, Rindha is always smiling and friendly when I come in to pick up my take out order. Quality spot all around ? (p.s. they have tiramisu!)“

“What can I say… what can I say… that has not already been said about the cathedral of pizza that is Pizza Bosa. Upon walking in I was greeted with the smell of fresh pie and was handed the menu with a friendly greeting from the man behind the counter. Got 12 Hot wings which came out beautifully presented on a paper plate, they tasted just as good as they looked. On my next visit I plan to order the Seafood Salad, which I’ve heard is a Pittsburgh hidden gem.“

“my boyfriend and i tried pelegrino’s after we got sent a menu from them in the mail. we each got a pizza, and the cost was INCREDIBLY lower than the other pizza places we’ve ordered from. they deliver as well, which is nice. what i also appreciate about pelegrino’s is the option for online ordering, which allows me to pay & tip so i don’t have to fumble whenever the delivery comes. it takes some time, but it’s always worth the wait; we’ve never been disappointed!! this is our go to pizza spot!!“

“We tried Antonio’s for the first time tonight. We ordered a deep dish pizza with pepperoni and the general tso’s chicken pizza. Both pizzas looked and tasted amazing. I don’t find many places that put fried chicken on pizza, so I appreciate the unique menu items. This style and quality of food is exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be back.“

“So my fiance and I stumbled upon this awesome shop while walking. We were walking back home. I was going to cook dinner but we could smell the pizza outside. My mama always told me if you can smell the food out the door then it's probably good! Boy was she right! We ordered a Hawaiian Pizza and it was amazing. I told the owner that we relocated to Millvale recently and he gave us two complementary slices to try. The service was great. The restaurant was clean and cozy. This is def my new pizza spot. Sooo good“

“Food is incredible! Truly, one of the South Hills hidden gems. Will definitely be back. Lots of people ordering pick up also, so that’s always an option. Probably one drawback though, to making sure in-house customers are taken care of promptly. There were a decent amount of people, so expect to wait a little bit. I believe they’re hiring servers though! So, check out Bee’z Bistro; you won’t be disappointed. And, ask for their specials menu!“

“I have had the good fortune to be a customer of Fioris for over 40 years! My ex husband worked at the Brookline location when he was a teenager and Fiori and Pepino were family friends. I have lived in several places and have tried hundreds of pizza shops in my lifetime and I can honestly say that nothing beats Fioris, not even Via Napoli at Walt Disney World! My personal recommendations are pepperoni pizza (they put the pepperoni under the cheese) and a meatball sub "my way" which simply means extra sauce and extra cheese. Thank you Fiori for coming to Pittsburgh from your beautiful country and gracing us with both your exceptional food and engaging personality...I fixa you up! ;)“

“It was cool to see this place transform from Howard's Pub to Harold's Haunt. The small little changes are great and made the space feel very inclusive. They have a small beer selection with some good choices. There are also rotating cocktail and mocktail menus. There's an outdoor patio in the back that's nice. The food menu is on the smaller side but had some nice choices; the five dollar grill cheese got the job done when we needed to refuel. Good spot to stop at before or after a show at Mr.Smalls.“

“We just received a shipment of the caramel, sea salt chocolate drenched biscotti. They are divinely delicious! Just as we remembered from a trip we took last summer to Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. I told my husband that from now on, we will never send people flowers. We will send them these biscotti instead, and you can bet they’ll be more appreciated.“

“Absolutely LOVED this place! The owners and all the guys working there were amazing. We came from Tennessee to Pittsburgh for a wedding and decided to stop in here since it was right by our hotel. BEST decision ever. Best pizza we have had and our kids LOVED it. We have a son that is very picky and he ate three huge slices! Thank you so much for the hospitality and the next time we are in Pittsburgh we will be stopping by again!“

“What a charming little place. My friend and I dined here for a little “girls’ night out”, and I’m so thankful that we did. Our server, Kelsey, made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down. The atmosphere is cozy, bright, and inviting. Both of us got seafood pasta dishes, and I had to stop myself from eating the whole thing so I could have leftovers! The tiramisu was delicious…and a very hefty portion size of it, too. We split a bottle of wine from their shop next door, and Kelsey brought it to our take for us so we didn’t have to move. Generous portion sizes, excellent food quality, and a very reasonable price point. The service was excellent. I can’t say enough good things about this place. There are a lot of good Italian restaurants in Pittsburgh, but this is one of my favorites already! Can’t wait to go back.“

“Come for the tasty pasta, stay for the excellent service and homey vibes. My boyfriend and I love places like this. We live just down the block, and really, there isn't enough local eats that still feel a bit dressed up, even though casual wear is appropriate. We've gone twice now, and both times, our servers have been lovely. On our latest date on Thursday, our server was there to greet us and ask about beverages not a minute after we sat down. She was super attentive, very fast, and a total sweetheart. The food has some hits, but it's all up to preference. I love the cheese ravioli. My boyfriend had the steak hoagie and we both agreed that while the steak was perfectly cooked, the sauce was a bit on the sweet side for us. That said, it was well made and presented, and we still left with full bellies. Carbonara's is fast becoming a regular date spot for us, and I haven't been disappointed yet. And those portion sizes? Perfect for work lunch leftovers! Yum!“

“We just got Arleos for the second time and unfortunately all other pizza places may have officially lost our business. My husband is a pizza snob from NY and thinks all pizza in the Pittsburgh region sucks but he is raving about Arleo’s. The online ordering is so easy and fully customizable with many options. Delivery guy was timely and so kind. Thank you Arleo’s from your newest loyal customers!“

“Tried to post this on Grubhub but there's some systems problem so I felt I just had to post this here. After ordering from this place 3 times I gotta say it's become my favorite place to order from. It does something that I think few other places these days care about that is so fundamental. They do the basics, they do them right, and they do them at an agreeable price. The menu is small and got a lot of classic options you'd expect from just about any other place but the quality for the price is unmatched. Everything I have eaten from this place was perfect. $10 large cheese pizza is a no thrills menu option to most people but consistently quality every. Single. Time. The burger was flavorful and fresh, the chicken sandwich was both delicious and plentiful, but the pizza is what keeps me coming back.I'd give more stars if I could. These people running this establishment clearly care about consistency and the customer. So many other places kind of just slop together these same kind of items lazily just to turn a quick buck but Alex's Corner Pizza Shop serves you pride. Everyone should go to/order from this spot.“

“We went there for take out on Sunday night for dinner. Tried a small babaganus, regular falafel, one assorted aladin special kebab platter and one seesh kebab platter. The platters comes with buttered rice. Some of them comes with salad as well. The food taste really great. All the kebabs were very well cooked There, flavorful and tender. Babagsnus was very tasty as well. There was a pita with one of the above dishes but not sure with which dish I got the pita. My complain is about the quantity. The platters cost anywhere between 17 and 21 dollars. Given the price the quantity was not what I was expecting. Also the dips like tahini sauce or garlic sauce were not free which was kind of wired. They will change you 75 cents for that. The ambiance looked ok to me. There were one one couple eating in the restaurant when I went to order. So not sure if it gets busy during some other time of the day. There were ample parking available. The shop also sells cakes like carrot cake tiramisu and baklava. The service was really good. I ordered upon reaching there. It took them under 15mins to hand over my order“

“Go order a pizza here now! Harry’s is the best pizza in the area! We drive 20 minutes from Washington, PA (where there are plenty of pizza shops) to get this since it’s our favorite! Literally the best tasting pizza I have ever had! How can it be so good? They have the best quality ingredients, perfectly cooked crust (crunchy and on the thinner side) and also exquisite service. They also have super high quality cheese and pepperoni in addition to a seasoning that they add to boost the flavors. I can’t say enough about Harry’s!“

“If you're ever in Pittsburg near Pittsburg Airport, please, please grab a pizza from this place. You will not be disappointed. It doesn't look all too assuming, but don't let that fool you. I had a taste for pizza yesterday evening and came across the reviews for this very basic pizza site. I brought the cheezy bread pizza and pepperoni. DELICIOUS ?. The crust is chewy, and the pizza was hot. As I'm adding pepper flakes, I'm eating the cheezy bread and having even left yet with the food I ordered. On top of that, the owner named Ty is a fan of Dungeons & Dragons and is reinventing a different perspective on helping folks to really level up on their characters and is inviting anyone who is interested to come by on Sundays @ 7 . Oh, there is a Pacman arcade machine you can play for free. Enjoy.“

Hog Head's will be our midweek haven, giving us a reason to look forward to hump day! Can't wait to get friends from work to come and join! Kudos to them for making trivia nights the highlight of our week!“

“Originally tried to place a large order at recognized pizza places in the Strip and North Side but they were too busy so on a whim, tried BF. Great NY style thin and tasty (not greasy at all) pizza. Surprised everyone how good. A large barely fits through a normal sized door. I am not sure if they deliver.. their menu is pizza only as far as I could see on the chalk board sign. Def worth the trip to the South Side - next to Carmellas. Go Bennys!“

“Was looking for a new place to try and have heard great things. Called and spoke with Leah, explained that it was my first time and wanted to know what she recommended. Gave me recommendations. Decided to order the meatball hoagies and the pizza bread, both were great. I wish the meatballs had extra sauce, but I'll order extra next time.“
“We had a wonderful evening with family and friends. PA market is an excellent place to get together and enjoy many different flavorful dishes and drinks. The service is always outstanding. “GREAT CIDERS, PIZZAS, and VIBES! Tried Threadbare Coder House for the first time last night - I am REALLY late to this party - and it was fantastic! First off, if you're a toddler mom like me, you know a night out with the kids can be more stressful than fun. Threadbare was totally kid friendly and has an amazing corner with giant light bright boards and magnatiles for the kids to play! It was amazing and the most relaxed my husband and I have been out in a long time! Like it was so nice that even if the service and food hadn't been good I would have returned for that feature alone- thank goodness that wasn't the case! We ordered two pizzas - the buffalo chicken and chicken bacon ranch. Both pizzas were sooo good! We especially loved the buffalo chicken! The chicken is a slow cooked braised cider chicken that is so flavorful. The ranch on both pizzas is homemade and herby, and the dough is a homemade sourdough crust which was perfectly crisp and thin. Very well executed. Service was fantastic! We felt very well taken care of, we were given the cookie for the kids on the house and the food and drinks were out quickly. Our favorite cider was probably the tiki which is a seasonal recipe and has a hint of coconut. It was delicious. We also really liked the imperial cherry and guava flavors. The bridge city bubbly was nice but sweet lovers beware - it's very dry. Overall we loved our visit to Threadbare and will be back soon! Our only regret is that we didn't know about it sooner!“

“I was a bit hesitant at first with the cold cheese, but it was so good. The dough is excellent, really nice and crispy, awesome sauce, high quality cheese. I got it within 7 minutes of entering piping hot. It may not be the very best pizza I have ever had, it may not be some thing and crispy New York pizza either, but it is an amazing pizza at an amazing price. I will definitely be coming back regularly.“
“POSITIVE - This is an amazing location for a variety of outdoor lifestyles both Male & Female and also kid friendly to enjoy. They host Car shows, Bike Nights, live band and many others for great photo opportunities and social media tags. The food is good and reasonably priced however it is a "CASH ONLY" business. So be sure to stop at an ATM before arriving. Alcohol is reasonably priced also. There parking lot is massive and every event I attend has been packed. So if you are tired of indoor restaurants or just want to experience a fun outdoor adventure. Tiki is the place to be.NEGATIVE - They need to have a lot more shaded seating [preferably away from the stage]. It's a hit or miss that I and as many others are forced to stand, holding and eating our food & drinks because many customers just place purses and other items on the chairs & tables like some deck chairs at some resort then take off. Due to lack of seating, events do not last very long. (2 or 3 hours) than everyone leaves standing too long.Bring Ear Plugs. Noone does a sound check and more often than not the live bands play at a volume heard across the highway for no good reason. Another reason many people only stay for 30min to an hour.Kid-friendliness: The car shows and bike nights are great events to get kids outside and marvel at historical machinery, socialize and get fresh air.Parking: Massive parking lot. Most see to understand. Every event I've attended also has been free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Outdoor location on more or less relatively flat surfaces. They do have at least 1 wheelchair accessible Porta Potty.“
