“The only critique I would have is that they need a better roll for the steak sandwich and it needs to be gutted. Now saying that I prefer the texture on the outside of the role to be different than the inside of the role. The roll feels like I’m eating white bread with seeds. But other than that, everything is delicious. I do not want to discourage you from getting the cheesesteak because it’s so good. I’ve had it several times! Like I said just prefer a different roll. The owner is very personable and besides the food bringing you back, you want to go back because of the owner.“

“Went out for a girls night and ended up at Fushion Kitchen because our first choice was too crowded. We hadn't been there before and thought we'd take a chance. Needless to say we're so glad we did. We had the crabcakes and french fries, which were so delicious. I always hesitate to get crabcakes because of all the filler some places prepare; but this crabcake was not the case. Perfect blend of crab and herbs and thoroughly enjoyed with the french fries which were seasoned well and cooked perfectly, not at all greasy. Others had the vegetable lasagna, and they said how delicious it was. Great portion too. For $20 you get a salad, main course and dessert. We brought our own wine and had an amazing time. Service was great and very friendly. They do a weekly menu of takeout or eat in and will definitely stop in again to dine and take out. Great find“

The food was excellent, especially the hors d'oeuvres, the tasting was fun, they were very flexible with alterations, everyone was friendly and professional, and communicative, and everything was super organized on the day of. “As I was driving through this town I literally was praying for a little deli to get a breakfast sandwich. I didn't want Wawa or Royal farm or any of the other fast food joints. I saw this little tiny stores on the side of the road and turned around and went inside. The nice lady took my order and yes it took some time because they were making it right there and I was able to entertain myself with all the little things they had in there front area. The food arrived hot and was extremely tasty. Price was right and I will definitely stop there again. Should I find myself going through that town..“

My only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner.The ordering process was seamless, and they even made some small adjustments by eliminating the use of butter, in the vegetables. The Christmas menu was well thought out, and there was a lot of variety. We chose roasted pork pancetta, brioche crusted salmon and shrimp scampi, as the main event. For our sides, we landed on brussel sprouts/ broccoli, mushroom risotto and green beans. Everything was perfectly prepared, the food was flavorful but not salty and the quality was excellent.In the future, we’ll definitely use Herb Scott Catering for our Christmas dinner, and I think next year I’ll grab a couple of main dishes for Thanksgiving.“
