“I ordered through Grubhub and got delivery promptly. I had ordered a salad and a brownie, but they had forgotten the brownie. I also noticed that there wasn’t chicken on my salad—I checked my order and realized that instead of ordering extra chicken, I had omitted it from the salad. Completely my mistake. I did call about the brownie—the manager, Mike, immediately took responsibility for the missing brownie. Within 15 minutes, Mike arrived at my work with not only a brownie but a new salad with double chicken. This is amazing service!! And certainly above and beyond my expectations. I understand from other reviews that Mike is the new manager—IMHO he is doing a great job!“

“I recommend that you double check your on line order before leaving the store. I ordered 2 bowls and the bag they gave me was 1 bowl and one burrito. Fortunately I checked before driving home and having to return. It took about 15 minutes for them to correct the order.“

“Besides the food being absolutely amazing, like outstanding, they have wonderful employees who you can tell work extremely hard and build rapport with their customers. You never see a single employee standing around or on their phones. They are helpful and accommodating. When you get a slice, they’ll even grate fresh cheese on it. This place is a gem.“

“The staff is very responsive to their patient’s needs. We came in on a busy Friday, Valentine’s day night because of heavy labored breathing that my son was experiencing. They quickly noticed even before we told them why we were there and took him back. He received an IV, High flow nasal cannula and chest x-ray. The doctors and nurses are very kind, patient and swift. There’s too many to name, but shout out to the staff in the ER that night and 5 West this weekend.“

Food is amazing I love their Sriracha tahini sauce, I wish they had it all year round.
I do think it’s silly they don’t take cash tips, they should have a little tip container i paid for my order cash and couldn’t leave a tip.

“A lowkey spot but great food and very clean. We so happened to stumble upon it and we were genuinely pleased from the 1st bite. We over heard someone picking up take out say that it was the best sushi he’s had and it was true. The price was great too. One plate of fried rice was enough to satisfy 2 people and then had about 18 pieces of sushi in total. Once finished, it didn’t make you feel sluggish and gross after eating. Great to see an owner who truly cares about their craft and customers. We’ll be back!“

The pizza was solid: plenty of cheese, good sauce, and a nice balance overall. Staff was friendly. I’ll consider trying one of their sandwiches next time I stop by, they look good. The stir-fried shrimp with noodles was delicious, and the fruit topped it off perfectly. I enjoyed every bite. Valencia took great care of me and even called me by name, which meant a lot. She also made sure I was comfortable with how my food was packed.

“Great option if you're looking for something healthy but still filling! I especially like the Mediterranean chicken wrap (can get as whole wheat!) because it's very robust with plump and fresh ingredients. The salads are also great, though it's a bit annoying that there are additional charges after you pick 5 ingredients for the create your own option. The pick two option is great too because I like getting a mix of dishes. My only other complaint besides the ingredient limit is that their vegetarian options for sandwiches are a bit limited. I had the Tomato, Mozzarella N Basil panini when I wasn't having meat and it was okay... it ended up getting soggy by the time I got home, which was a bit annoying.Regardless, I would come back and am open to trying so of their other dishes!“

“This was my first dining experience at Piccolo and will not be the last! Staff - hostess, bar tender, and Manager were all very friendly and attentive. I am a fussy Italian cook, and I will say that the Pappardelle Bolognese was the best I ever had!!! Menu is extensive and can't wait to go back! “New local halal food spot located on Cottman Ave near Castor Ave by the Sunoco gas station. Reasonably priced fresh food platters with a variety of tasty choices to choose from some as low as $5! $5 is a great price for those on a budget. I got the Mac and cheese/ fried chicken combo and the sauce it comes with is so yummy! It was pretty good. Also got the fish over rice with the garlic sauce it comes with a small salad as well. Fish was lightly breaded and cooked well. I will visit this spot again for sure to try out the other menu items!“

The garlic knots were a little too much bread and not enough seasoning on it (but that’s my own personal preference). Pretty reasonably priced as well.
