“This bar curates a good vibe. The music is awesome. I Shazammed most of it. The closer you look the more cool, custom, design work you notice in the bar. “A great find! We had 2 very pleasant visits with good food and drink. We particularly liked the staff and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. The owner and colleagues were very hospitable. One of the pleasantest neighbourhood bars we have ever been in.“

“McMenimin's is a terrific, very popular neighborhood bar/restaurant. It can be noisy, but if you sit in the back room, the noise is not too bad. We were there on a weeknight (Tuesday), and yet every table was filled by 7 o'clock. The food is better than one would expect for this kind of place. The fish and chips, chef's salad with portobello mushrooms and plant-based "cheeseburger" were all excellent. And portions were huge. The server was very pleasant. The reasons why this is 4 stars and not 5: No cocktail list at all and just a few not-so-great wines by the glass. And the entrees were served way before we were finished with the appetizers. They must have thought we had to catch a train. If you don't mind being rushed like crazy, then you might give McMenamin's 5 stars.“

“Fall of the bone wings with great flavor. Only wish they could also be crisper but just my personal preference. Still delicious nonetheless. The fried Ravioli with the marina sauce is also a fave of mine. Place is small so we always order out.“

Bartenders need to learn how to work the remote for the music , It is Bose system that you can adjust for each end of the bar and the right channel is off along with the bass . lol I always listen to music when I am there .“

“Went here with my dad and his buddy and the time we had was great. This bar offers loads of drinks from bottled beverages to cocktails, all for good prices. I even tried the portobella stuffed mushrooms and they were well-cooked and seasoned. There's also darts and a classic pinball machine in the far back which is always nice to see.Overall, I would absolutely recommend this bar to the locals or close friends.“

“This is my favorite hang out in Southampton. They have pbr on tap for 2.50 3 pool tables, a dart board, golden tee, and a pinball machine. Lots of tvs to look at . Something going on every night from a band or solo artist, karaoke, quizzo or bear pong just to name a few. Good service. The food is awesome and they have different discounts though out the day.“

“Came in for lunch and sat at the bar. It's a pretty large restaurant. The bar side has a pool table. There's also an arcade for kids. We ordered wings, French dip, and pork belly tacos. All were delicious. The wings were huge, crispy, and the Sriracha chili sauce was awesome! Food came out quickly. The bartender was pleasant and attentive. The total bill for lunch with drinks was on par with other restaurants in the area. We'll be back when we're in the area again.“

Not an item I'd usually rave over, it was just perfect...the best I've ever had. Great kielbasa, nicely toasted roll, homemade-tasting kraut...and even a high-quality tasty brown mustard. “I actually do not usually do restaurant reviews, but was so please with Con Murphy that I felt like I had to share. I feel like there are many restaurants in Philly, and this one deserves more attention. We were day-tripping Philly and enjoy seeking out the local Irish pubs. We were charmed by the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere! It was noisy and small, in a fun and happy way. The TWO bars were well-stocked. We came with the family and everyone was pleased. We started with the Parmesan Truffle French Fries and they were exemplary especially paired with the Aeoli. The blackened Grouper sandwich was "sublime" according to my son who works at a restaurant! My daughter didn't prefer the crust thinness of the flatbread, but enjoyed the potatoe soup. The Irish fare was well done. My son ordered the shepard's pie and my husband and I both ordered the beef stew. I am picky of "Irish Food" bc so many places do not give it the attention it deserves, but everything was prepared beautifully. If you like very rich, decadent broths and hearty, meaty portions, then the stew is for you. The bread it was served with was unbelievably flavorful and had a tender center and crusty exterior. The stew tasted like it had slow-cooked for hours and did not dissapoint. I ordered the "Tullamore Gold" cocktail and it was a tad sweet, but flavorful. I wish I had paired a red wine or whisky with the stew. My husband had a canned apple cider which was tasty.“

“Duke the Saturday day time bartender can guide you through any life conflicts like a seasoned sailor. “We have eaten at The Phil’s Tavern for over 30 years. The food is great. However, this past weekend, we went to get the prime rib (only served on Friday and Saturday). Unfortunately, it was not good. The garlic overpowered the beef flavor. The meat was ordered medium rare, but it came well-done. Should have sent it back, but since we were with other people, didn’t want to delay the meal.“

“Came here for a quick beer and enjoyed this spot. It has the feeling of a dive , so if you aren’t into that, this isn’t the place for you. I had their Green Rock Lager which had an interesting taste of bananas, but for the price was much more interesting than a typical light beer. “I had a backroom graduation party in May., perfect place for a party for a crowd of est.40 people. Shawn Murphy made sure we got it all set up right, W/ wristbands provided, the bartenders were fabulous. I would definitely recommend this place for private party's. “Not crazy about Jakes in Newtown therefore I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed the Richboro location as much as I did. Service was right on. Pleasant, friendly and efficient...just what good services is all about. My feta omelette was cooked perfectly and quite good. The restaurant is larger in the inside than what it looks like from the outside. Three rooms with a bar in the 3rd room. Lots of comfortable booths. Looks like it could use some modernizing but still comfy and clean. I think of Jakes as a breakfast restaurant so I was surprised to see a full bar and open till 10pm. For a "breakfast" restaurant I give it 4.5 stars...rounding it up to 5.“

“Castle Roxx is my go to stop. Every time I come I have a great experience. All of the bar tenders always are amazing and work so hard to make my experience the best in Manayunk. Eric and Vinny are two of my favorite bar tenders. They make even the slowest nights the most fun. I normally come during the week, as opposed to the weekends, and I never regret it.“
