“The staff at this Wendy's were being unfairly harrassed by an an unstable white male as I went through the drive thru tonight. He banged on the doors and yelled through them at the employees, then I saw him walk away back to his car and pick up a rock on the way. He then drove up behind me in thr drive thru and yelled at them through the speaker, pulled out of the drive thru and parked behind the restaurant just waiting. When I pulled to the window, I told the staff what I saw. The shift manager said that he was there all the time and always treated them like this. She said they have reported him in the past but the local police say they can't do anything. The staff at this restaurant were friendly, prompt, and delivered exactly what I ordered. They remained calm and collected while there was an active threat even knowing no one else was coming to help them. I am amazed at how much these folk had to handle while the majority of the staff looked to still be teenagers. No one should have to work in these conditions. If Wendy's is smart, they (or the franchise owner) will look into this situation and give a raise to everyone there.“

“First visit in this location since it changed over from a Taco Bell. Very similar in setup to the old TB, but much cleaner and the service was top notch with an attentive counter staff. Food was typical Arby’s and exactly what was expected. I’ll go back.“

“Intended for a quick stop on the ride home to grab a cold drink and hit the bathrooms. Saw that the mcdonalds had a play place, so it quickly became a much longer stop. Bathrooms were clean! Entire restaurant was clean, and I saw employees actively cleaning while we were there. Manager brought our food over to us in the play area, even though we placed it "to-go", so I didn't need to walk back over and leave my daughter or make her stop playing. Play space was clean and inviting. 5 stars all around!

“Food is generally very good. Sometimes, the food prep doesn't pick up any alterations. I ordered sandwich with grilled onion instead of raw and I still got raw. Not worth returning the food but attention to detail would be nice. This has happened to me in the past as well.“

“We are not from.the area nt everytime we go to Lancaster we stop here along the way. Best taco bell bu far. They spread ingredients evenly so each bite has everything. Brown sauce was cooked well. ... they didnt pack napkins or utensils so make sure to ask if u need. Called in order. Never judge a book by its cover lolol bc personality is rare it seems these days lolol. Will be back. Going to get the garlic white sauce next time or steamed. Just because the brown sauce be messing with me lowkey. Depends on the place as far as severity. I usually get a stuffy nose for like an hr. This place wasnt bad. “The tables and restrooms are always clean. Service is reasonably fast. We like using the app. They have great deals and rewards (free deluxe chicken sandwich when Phillies win, free Big Mac when E Eagles win). Lots of other good discounts and freebies.“

If they want more English speakers to take orders, want their orders correct because some cashier was all alone busy with other orders, greedy enough for fresh fries? Then maybe they should stop complaining and should apply for themselves. The employees get taken advantage by doing the correct orders and others claim they still “did it wrong” as if the employees were their children. If customers don’t want to return, it’ll be perfect and help this store remain for friendlier customers only instead of the pickiest most rudest customers this place has ever seen.“

“Burger King is a dying chain. But my dear friend wanted a whopper so we found one close to us. Even though I went through the drive-through, the inside looked sad and depressing - empty and dim. As most fast food has become - Burger King as pricey now too. But the whopper taste the same. Everything taste the same so no complaints on the food. Fries we’re not hot.“

“This is a typical Taco bell. The food is quick and consistent every time you go. Most of the time the staff is polite and friendly. There's not really much you can say about it aside from it's a taco bell. Once in a while you may catch an issue where the chips are a little stale aside from that the food is okay.“
