“I just love the food here. I remember Carmen being here for many years. For a while I had not been because of my schedule. I had a Puerto Rican friend growing up three houses away and her mother would invite me over for dinner sometime. That’s when I fell in love with the way Puerto Rican food tastes. So when I eat the Stewed Chicken from Carmen’s in reminds me of when I first tasted Puerto Rican food years ago. Carmen is very friendly and so are her staff.
