We recently hosted a baby shower for our daughter, and approached to owner about catering the event for 35 guests... We enjoyed a feast of humus, chicken kabob, beef tenderloin kabob, grilled fresh vegetables, and rice... “My partner and I went to this bar last night for the first time not expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised as we found it was one of the coolest bars we've been to. The food was amazing, I am very picky when it comes to hot wings and the hot wings at this bar were so good and they were gigantic. The price was awesome. All the drinks were very fresh and you could tell they really keep the place clean. They were doing karaoke so that was a really cool experience. We were only planning on going out for an hour or so for a date night and had so much fun we ended up staying for hours. With the drinks, the food, the atmosphere, and the people being as great as it all was we can definitely say we are going back to this bar! “Spectacular experience, especially if you show up before the crowds, around 4-4:30pm.
We were the only ones there and only three other tables were seated during the 2 hours we spent there.

Food was mesmerizingly good. Perfect size, even though on the more expensive side...it was SOOOO worth it!

We really appreciated a very attentive, yet considerate service. Our server (possibly an owner or family of the owner) was very respectful of the fact our party needed to be left alone for a while so we can talk and checked on us only when necessary.

“We had a lovely time at the Duck Inn tonight! Our server, Kyleigh D, was so accommodating and didn't even blink when I needed to change an order. The staff all around was lovely, even when some miserable lady caused a scene and embarrassed herself. They handled it very professionally. My kiddo loved going down to the water to see the ducks and stand on the dock. The food was good bar fare and we were seated in a quieter area which worked out well with the kids. All around a good experience!“

“My boyfriend and I drove from MA to PA in April and we stopped at Ron’s on the first night before continuing our drive to our place to stay in Akron. We walked in and it was busy (Friday night at dinner time to be expected). We waited not long and grabbed two seats at the bar. The bartenders were all attentive, friendly and gave great recommendation. We shared Supersticks and Chicken Parm and a dessert to go. The food was incredible and great size portions. We loved it so much we ended up going back into town Sunday night instead of trying somewhere new because we enjoyed it so much that we wanted to try something else. The second night we shared the Nachos, a Buffalo Chicken Stromboli and French Onion Soup. It was equally as good and enjoyable as the first night and we sat in the dining room this time and the waitress was just as great as the bartenders! Now we say every weekend that we are going to drive to PA and stay the night just so we can go eat at Ron’s(one day we won’t be joking). Thank you for the amazing food, service and memories! “Over 30 year customer! The building needs cpr. So run down. The inside is worse. So sad to see it in such disrepair. Italian special is still great-best hoagie but the pizza,s that used to be the best also are not good. It’s as if they have no idea how to make a decent pie. It was such a great benchmark for awesome food but with age has become an uncared for institution that honestly makes going there a crap shoot each time. Please fix your place and restore it to its past glory.“
