The service at both Poe's and Human Robot is down to earth and friendly. Its an easy walk from Temple University and worth the trip! Already planning my next visit!“

“Rosey’s is so great! Decided to stop in while walking around ambler and am so happy we did! Got the pork meatball banh mi and added fried eggs and it was super flavorful. Also their bread is perfect, so crispy but doesn’t rip the roof of your mouth. We will definitely be back soon!!“

“This is a great little breakfast and lunch spot. I have had breakfast here and it is excellent. The eggs, toast and hash browned potatoes are done just right. Nice size portion of potatoes too. The lady who takes the order is nice. She always repeats back my order to make sure she got it correctly. Coffee is self serve and they let you get a refill. They serve Korean lunch dishes and dumplings which I plan to try very soon!“

“I got some bone-in wings with Cajun Dry Rub and Medium Buffalo Sauce and they were really good! The wings were good size, juicy, and the rub/sauce on them were both very good. I also got fries that were cooked perfectly and tasted very good. The customer service is excellent, the owner is a really nice guy, and enjoyable to speak to. The prices are very fair. I recommend checking them out and giving them a shot!“

A Zep has one meat, thick cut onions, thick cut tomatoes, provolone cheese, oregano, oil, and sweet peppers optional. That's it. I gotta say this sandwich is absolutely delicious. Eve's makes delicious food in this no frills ma and pa shop. It's a fun little regional particularity and well worth your time. P.S. “This is a deli and has deli atmosphere. Note that there isn’t anywhere to eat in the place and that it is takeout only. Food is great and i have never had an issue with the amount of food or the quality of food. Service is also friendly and I have a pleasant conversation with them every time I pick up food. I typically get a chicken parm sandwich with extra sauce, an order of fries, and a drink. My order is $24 which is exactly what I would spend if I got the same items anywhere else around here. My only complaint is that I wish they were open late and on the weekends because this is my favorite place for a sandwich and fries.“

He was super flexible as we weren't sure of our exact delivery time and location until 12 hours prior since we didn't know our playing schedule. Delivery was right on time and all sandwiches were accounted for and delicious! They were huge portions and definitely couldn't finish in one seating. The bread was delicious and my sandwich had a ton of turkey. An amazing value for sure! They even gave all of us extra bread pudding as an appreciation of our business (it was DELICIOUS!). “I just moved into Rittenhouse Claridge and my experience has been great so far! John in the leasing office was very helpful and answered my many questions very promptly. Anita was at the front desk during my move in and is so pleasant and helpful, she made the experience very smooth. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. Also, the location of the building is amazing! Lastly, If you need parking, there is a garage under the building operated by LAZ parking, and Bala, the garage attendant, is wonderful. So far, I would definitely recommend living at Rittenhouse Claridge!“

“Tried Empanadas United today and will definitely be back for more. Had the Chicken, Buffalo Chicken, and Guava and Cheese Empanadas. All were delicious but the chicken was my favorite. Flavorful and the perfect ratio of meat to pastry. I was expecting cream cheese in the guava and cheese empanadas but it wasn’t. Although I was surprised to see a cheese pull when I broke it in half, the sweet and salty combination was tasty. Overall, everything was well made. Definitely want to explore more of the menu. “When I first started teaching at Temple this truck was called $5 Foot Long. Now, you pay $5.15 for a 6 inch sandwich, and you can see the artifacts of many price hikes painted on the side of the truck. Honestly, it's still a pretty good deal. Just understand the value proposition here: cheap, dependable lunch. If that's what you're after, Foot Long delivers. It's not the best hoagie you can get, but it's not bad. They do enough volume/business that everything is always fresh. Real hoagie rolls, soft and chewy--porous enough to soak up the mayo. Shredded lettuce, thin tomato slices, sweet white onion rings. They're clearly champions when it comes to operating the electric deli slicer. However, with such low prices, they need to be rigorous about portion control; don't expect overstuffed sandwiches like you'd get (for at least twice the price) at a top South Philly hoagie shop. This is more like what you'd get from an average pizza joint, which is good, it means it doesn't taste artificial and loaded with sodium & MSG, like Wawa or Subway or Jimmy John's or Potbelly. Of course, you also can't order prosciutto, mortadello, homemade turkey, slow roasted rare beef, baby swiss, real Italian sharp provolone or any of the fancy ingredients that have become the norm in Philly (it is one of the world's greatest sandwich towns). So, here's the bottom line: you won't be amazed, but you'll get a decent sandwich at a great price. While many food trucks have come and gone over the years, Foot Long remains. It's consistent.“

But in the world we are living now, ppl are not that friendly and nice when they are behind the counter serving. So if you are in the Phili area close to Drexel University, you can stop over at this cafe for a quick coffee and bite.“

“We use Primo Hoagies regularly for company events so we're already loyal fans for the food alone, but today the Old City team went above and beyond to correct an oversight by a third-party delivery person and that deserves a glowing review! Placed a rather pricy catering order and the driver forgot half of it. The Old City team called Door Dash repeatedly to no avail and when I called to see if the rest of the order was there Jay (and another team member whose name I didn't get) offered to walk it over in the freezing cold, during the lunch rush. Truly exceptional service, thank you both so much! If I had access to petty cash I would have tipped. You turned an otherwise disappointing experience into a truly positive one. Thanks!!“
