“Took grandkids to 896 Pie today after a swim in the pool. Great service and amazing pizza. Brent is the owner and he was so friendly and engaged with his customers. All the grandkids and two adults enjoyed the perfectly cooked pizza. Thanks for a great visit“

“I had eggplant Parmesan with spaghetti! The food was delicious. The restaurant has a very home style atmosphere that made everyone feel very comfortable. Our server was Cande, and he brought our food really quickly and anticipated when anyone needed a new drink. Really enjoyable evening!“

“My wife and I went to Sovana on reccomend from the folks at Phillips Mushroom Farm. We are very glad we took did! From the semi-twin ladies opening the doors for us, to the fun atmosphere, to the great food. They compt' my wife's dessert 'cause it was her birthday and made a GREAT Bloody Mary! But even better than all of that was our server, Racquel T. She was fantastic! She was very friendly, made us feel right at home, was chatty but didn't waste time, she knew the menu very well, even though she said she was relatively new. “Went there for an early dinner. The place was fairly empty when we got the but began to fill up rather quickly. We had got lucky with road parking (the garage is right around the corner). Service was good, and the food was delicious. Everyone at the table was satisfied with the meal. A bit expensive, but worth the money from what we experienced.Kid-friendliness: They had highchairs, but no booster seats. We sat at a booth and it worked well with the little one.“

“Nice atmosphere in between the Harley Davidson drivers craving attention like loud teenagers on State Street. Portions are meager and you’d think pasta wasn’t a dollar per pound. I figured I’d play it safe and order the most expensive seafood/pasta entree on the menu, but it was mediocre. Should have ordered the chicken parm. You know something is wrong when you’re given a roll and pungent humus in an “Italian” restaurant. Then you have to ask for salt and pepper, then ask for butter, and ask and ask and ask and some of the servers act like they’re doing you a favor. There’s little value here.“

“We LOVE Anthony’s! It isn’t just the best wings we’ve ever had, the most perfect pizza or an incredible Italian chopped salad, but Christa that keeps us coming back time and time again. She always remembers each of our family member’s names, what we order and asks us questions about our day to day! She is single-handedly one of the most attentive and caring servers/bartenders we’ve ever had. We frequent Anthony’s WEEKLY because of her. A total gem.“

“Stopped in for a slice of pizza. Big Z is located in a shopping center near the University but there is plenty of parking. They had a two slice with drink special on the weekend which was added bonus. The pizza wasn't bad. The crust was a little more crispy than I would like.“

“I stopped in and was happy to find I made it in time for happy hour. I ordered the calamari and white peach sangria from the happy hour menu. The calamari didn't have a lot of flavor but the sauces that are served with it added flavor. The white peach sangria was a nice light drink. I ordered the brio pasta and a side chopped salad for my entree. The vegetables in the salad were crisp and tasty. The pasta had no flavor. I had to add a ton of salt and pepper. The service was great!“

I have been there for breakfast (Mediterranean omelette), lunch ( caprese panini with side salad) and dinner (Pollo Villagio, chicken, fennel pork sausage in red wine tomato sauce)all DELICIOUS! “My boss picks up food from there at least two to three times a week and on occasions he brings me pizza meatballs and spaghetti with meat sauceits great I live right in the back of it I love the food it's absolutely great the service is great the owner and everyone there is absolutely the best I would rate at the best pizza restaurant“

“A nice little pizza shop, I’m happy to have found today at work. They serve a crisp thin crust pizza that isn’t too heavy on the sauce or cheese, and therefore not overly greasy as well. (I know pizza is subjective but that’s exactly how I like it). I thought it was delicious and will likely try a sandwich next time. I’d love to see a chicken ceasar wrap on the menu someday, but there’s plenty of options there now. Very friendly people, and fair prices too. It appears to be take-out only, but there’s a few outdoor tables for nice weather. Ample parking, order from the kiosk inside, credit accepted/cash appreciated. Highly recommended.“

“Man, this was the first pizza place on the east coast I went to when I got to Delaware. Now I'm ruined for pizza when I get back to west coast. They make a damn good pie. I know, i know I'm normally the Mexican food nacho guy, who am I to comment on pizza...I'm fat...that's my credentials. And I got fat on pizza long before I discovered my love of nachos. Their menu is huge. Pizzas, sandwiches, Stromboli, salads, burgers. If you're craving something they make it. And they deliver to. But they're not open Sundays. They have a great speed of service, and the prices are so affordable. A real value for the portions. And the staff are quite nice. It doesn't have a whole lot of indoor seating so get what you're getting to go or delivered.“
