“Wow our first time there, went with friends. My wife and I sat at the bar while we waited for the rest of our party and had a drink. Seamed lively with people all around the bar having a good time. Happy hour drinks and apps. My wife had huge salad, and I enjoyed the salmon, with ahi tuna app. It was delicious. We will return, great price for 6 of us***** all around.“

“Fresh is literally their name. Never tasted so good to eat healthy outside. Service is always good and they're super helpful. I take all of my friends here even if they're not members of the gym to at least eat lunch here. Blackened chicken fusion fire sauce and spicy guacamole is my favorite.“

“Ordered a chicken pesto Stromboli and one of the reasons was the sun dried tomato’s. Unfortunately it came with regular tomatoes which made it watery. Sun-dried tomatoes are more expensive than plum tomatoes and the flavor is very different.if they were not available the server should have mentioned and the price should reflect the difference. Very disappointed and only had a couple bites.“

“Wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. Seafood tower the best part of this $300 meal for 3. Their mussels were good, but had better. Their red fish was delicious. Their keylime pie went in the garbage. Our salads came after the meal, Ceasars with bread crumbs no croutons and definitely no anchovy, which i find odd for a seafood place. I dine out quite a bit, this was mediocre at best. Wont be going back. Would consider it if they had a liquor license just for the tower.“

I have been to Harvest Seasonal Grill in Newtown at least half a dozen times, and it is consistently one of my favorite spots in Bucks County. Whether it’s for brunch, lunch, dinner, or happy hour, it never disappoints.
The Food & Menu
Their farm-to-table approach really shines through in the freshness of the dishes. I love that they offer a great selection of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options—it makes it so easy to dine with a group.
• Must-Try: The Cuban Black Bean Bowl is one of my go-tos (the chicken add-on is great, but it’s a fantastic plant-based option on its own).
• Seasonal Favorites: Keep an eye out for their Butternut Squash Soup in the cooler months—it’s delicious.
• Drinks: Their sangria is a must-have in the spring and summer; they always have such creative and refreshing seasonal flavors.
The Service & Atmosphere
The staff here is incredibly nice and attentive. They truly care about their guests—they even called me once when someone in my party accidentally left their boxed leftovers behind! It’s that kind of personal touch that keeps me coming back. The atmosphere is upscale-casual and perfect for any occasion.
Parking & Location
Located in the Village at Newtown, parking is generally easy to find in the surrounding lots, which is a nice break compared to some of the busier city locations.

“We went for Christmas and had a 5 star experience. The service and food were excellent. Our server Adam was so personable. The atmosphere was the best part. It was warm and cozy, decorated beautifully, and so fun! I even met George Washington after he crossed the Delaware.“

“We had dinner here for the first time on Sat, 11/12/22–what a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had muscles for our appetizer that were fresh and very tasty. We each had different entrees, one the salmon dish and the other chicken—both were amazing, with each of us saying we’d order our meal again or try the other one next time. Then dessert: one had the s’mores dessert and the other the chocolate bread pudding—we didn’t think we’d have room, but we made room, because both were excellent! Plus the chef said he’d be changing the menu every week—we can’t wait to go back!“

I’ve tried a few places that just didn’t hit the mark—but AL SHAM in Chalfont is a straight 10/10!! They serve real Arabic bread (pita)—not tortillas disguised as pita like you find at other places—and their homemade Lebanese toum (garlic aioli) is the real deal. One bite of their falafel wrap instantly transported me to a boardwalk in Lebanon, overlooking the Mediterranean—complete with fresh bread, Lebanese pickles, and those perfect pickled turnips. “I had lunch yesterday with two friends. it's been ages since we've seen each other and it was a wonderful time. one gal had breakfast, one had a pasta and salmon dish and I had the chicken Waldorf. Each of us had nothing but great things to say. my Chicken salad in particular was perfectly chopped and the cranberry, nut and seasonings were delightful! Our server was attentive and yet let us talk and babble on. we were never rushed or hurried along. Did I mention how delicious the Sandwich (and fries) were??😍“
