“I went to Kutztown back in the 1990s when the Bagel Bar still operated out of the bike shop. The bagels were good and service was friendly, but the owner's husband kept trying to recruit me into Amway. Recommended place to get bagels so long as the husband is off the Amway thing.“

“Had to give a big shoutout to Bold Cafe in West Reading 💛 I’ve been there twice this week, and both times—two different baristas—made my drink exactly how I asked for it (which is not always easy 😅). But beyond that, the energy in there is just incredible… so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely positive. Mel, you should be so proud of what you’ve created. You can really feel the difference in your team and the culture—it shows in every interaction. If you’re local and haven’t been yet, go check them out ✨“

“The desserts from The Cottage Bakery & Café were truly one of the highlights of our wedding day! From the moment we first tasted everything, we knew we were in for something special—and they absolutely delivered beyond our expectations. Our wedding cake was not only stunning, but every bite was pure perfection. The flavors were so fresh, rich, and beautifully balanced—nothing overly sweet, just incredibly delicious and thoughtfully made. The groom’s cake was just as amazing and such a fun, flavorful addition that our guests couldn’t stop talking about! And the gluten-free cupcakes… wow. I had multiple guests tell me they were some of the best gluten-free desserts they’ve ever had—honestly, you wouldn’t even know they were gluten-free! That was so important to us, and it meant a lot to be able to offer something that everyone could truly enjoy without feeling like they were missing out. We received so many compliments throughout the night about how incredible everything tasted—it was truly unforgettable. Dawn was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. She was so friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. Every email was answered quickly, every detail was thoughtfully handled, and she made the entire process feel easy and exciting. “I just finished a grilled chicken salad I picked up for lunch and it was an absolute delight! It's not an exciting order but I found it to have the perfect amount of everything and those croutons were delish! Kudos to my new go-to salad (and more) place! 👏👏🤤🤤“

“My husband and I were looking for a place to grab dinner on Xmas eve. Everywhere was closed, but we stopped into Panera less than 10 mins before they closed, and the staff who was mostly cleaned up, heated up soups and made a sandwich for us. They were super nice about it, which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this place, especially for the service.“

“Sorry but I this weekend for the st patty’s donuts, they were made so Sloppy I had to complain. The work stations were so messy icing and toppings everywhere that the bottom of the boxes and sides of the boxes were sticky. Will never go back again. Mind you Donuts were for a party and guest were upset about presentation and taste.“

“I was having a crazy day. On the way to the zoo, my car was hit by a golf ball. At the zoo, I witnessed a crazy tussle between 2 zebras. After that, I needed a break. I needed to feel normal again. I went to Panera. I got my sip club beverage and a suggestion popped up for a $2 bakery item. And I thought, Why yes! I think I will! I got the orange cranberry bread and it was amazing. I may never forget the black and white hoodlums, but I am glad I can relax at Panera.“

“I never knew they had such a great sandwich, I have been eating years at Panera and never has anything there which was my favorite… but there comes my favorite sandwich, I loved it. The “Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt” yummmmy must try it.“

“Second time there.
The Cubano sandwich is very under flavored and the meat on it is so under seasoned that it tastes like boiled, wet meat. Very flavorless. Very disappointed. But the menu looks good, otherwise.
The fires are great. The cocktails are good. The tequila selection is phenomenal. The service and hospitality are great. Worth a revisit.“
