“I just hosted my baby shower at Crave on 04/19 and had the best experience! The food was delicious, the space was already decorated beautifully, and Nicole/staff were extremely helpful and kind! They helped us decorate and arrange furniture and gave tons of helpful suggestions!! I am so thankful for their team and will definitely be visiting Crave again in the future and would suggest them for any shower/party needs!“

“The desserts from The Cottage Bakery & Café were truly one of the highlights of our wedding day! From the moment we first tasted everything, we knew we were in for something special—and they absolutely delivered beyond our expectations. Our wedding cake was not only stunning, but every bite was pure perfection. The flavors were so fresh, rich, and beautifully balanced—nothing overly sweet, just incredibly delicious and thoughtfully made. The groom’s cake was just as amazing and such a fun, flavorful addition that our guests couldn’t stop talking about! And the gluten-free cupcakes… wow. I had multiple guests tell me they were some of the best gluten-free desserts they’ve ever had—honestly, you wouldn’t even know they were gluten-free! That was so important to us, and it meant a lot to be able to offer something that everyone could truly enjoy without feeling like they were missing out. We received so many compliments throughout the night about how incredible everything tasted—it was truly unforgettable. Dawn was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. She was so friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. Every email was answered quickly, every detail was thoughtfully handled, and she made the entire process feel easy and exciting. If you’re looking for desserts that not only look beautiful but taste absolutely amazing, The Cottage Bakery & Café is it. We couldn’t recommend them more!“

“I went to Kutztown back in the 1990s when the Bagel Bar still operated out of the bike shop. The bagels were good and service was friendly, but the owner's husband kept trying to recruit me into Amway. Recommended place to get bagels so long as the husband is off the Amway thing.“

“Had to give a big shoutout to Bold Cafe in West Reading 💛 I’ve been there twice this week, and both times—two different baristas—made my drink exactly how I asked for it (which is not always easy 😅). But beyond that, the energy in there is just incredible… so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely positive. Mel, you should be so proud of what you’ve created. You can really feel the difference in your team and the culture—it shows in every interaction. If you’re local and haven’t been yet, go check them out ✨“

“I just finished a grilled chicken salad I picked up for lunch and it was an absolute delight! It's not an exciting order but I found it to have the perfect amount of everything and those croutons were delish! Kudos to my new go-to salad (and more) place! 👏👏🤤🤤“

“Sorry but I this weekend for the st patty’s donuts, they were made so Sloppy I had to complain. The work stations were so messy icing and toppings everywhere that the bottom of the boxes and sides of the boxes were sticky. Will never go back again. Mind you Donuts were for a party and guest were upset about presentation and taste.“

“I live in Reading PA, I love the Pike and I’m proud how the owner created a phenomenal restaurant in Reading. I pray this new owner keeps up with what Mike Palano had created.. I am so sorry to say that the soup I received today, not one piece of ham not one bean it was chicken broth, and carrots. 🤦♀ it was supposed to be ham and bean soup.. Wings and vegetarian white pizza was awesome. Received it an hour and 15 minutes after I ordered it.. New owner don’t destroy Mikes Legacy. Mike, maybe you need to buy it back…smh 🤦♀ The Servicing staff is beautiful .“

“My husband and I were looking for a place to grab dinner on Xmas eve. Everywhere was closed, but we stopped into Panera less than 10 mins before they closed, and the staff who was mostly cleaned up, heated up soups and made a sandwich for us. They were super nice about it, which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this place, especially for the service.“

“I was having a crazy day. On the way to the zoo, my car was hit by a golf ball. At the zoo, I witnessed a crazy tussle between 2 zebras. After that, I needed a break. I needed to feel normal again. I went to Panera. I got my sip club beverage and a suggestion popped up for a $2 bakery item. And I thought, Why yes! I think I will! I got the orange cranberry bread and it was amazing. I may never forget the black and white hoodlums, but I am glad I can relax at Panera.“

“I visited this Panera on 4/10/26 after visiting the book store and Petco. I went inside to get food. I first used the restroom which was very clean, had a full soap container and plenty of paper towels. I proceeded to order my food and was satisfied with the service. I ordered a chicken and avocado BLT with no bacon. I sat down at the bench and waited about five minutes to get my sandwich. Once I got my food, I asked for napkins, but the lady said she already put napkins in the bag. Sweet! I got my food, left and ate in the car. The sandwich was ok. It didn't seem to have as much chicken and avocado on it as I had gotten from other Panera's but I was still satisfied. I would eat there again.“

“Stopped into Shirley's Tequila Bar for an impromptu lunch after hearing so many people recommend it, and I'm glad we finally did! We lucked out because it was $5 Margarita Monday, so of course we had to try a few. They have a great variety of margaritas, and the ones we sampled were delicious.
They've also got a good craft beer selection, plenty of parking, and a friendly, attentive bartender who made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down.
The real standout, though, was the Shirley's Fries. Sweet, salty, spicy...they're hands down some of the best fries I've had in a long time. If you go, they're a must-order.
We'll definitely be back and highly recommend giving Shirley's Tequila Bar a try!“
