Please use this store as an example. I put a note on my order today I’m allergic to tomato. When I came in I was told even though no sandwich where made yet she still wiped the area down and got a knife from the back that was not around the tomato at all I have never had this experience at any other store I felt so supported her and she didn’t even call my allergies weird like other stores

GIVE THEM A RAISE HERE!!!!!
Best store ever and best experience I will only come here! I will never go elsewhere.

“Today was the first time I have had take out food in almost 4 years. On recommendations from an allergy group I decided to try Jersey Mike's. I was so impressed with the staff at the Whitehall, Allentown PA location. They wiped down the surfaces, a dedicated knife was used for the gluten free roll and they even verified ingredients. I have food allergies and GI issues and I can honestly say I was in heaven after the first bite. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, and offering some allergy friendly options.“

“I been to 3 different ones and this one here on Broadway is the utmost best. I refuse to go to my local ones.i am from Bethlehem.. this one here is so accommodating to me being celiac and must have safe gluten free. the 2 employees know as soon as I walk in what I get and make it perfect. a thank you to Zack and Lena. “Went to the new Bethlehem location for lunch today. The line was EXTREMELY long and the staff members were absolutely rocking it. They were extremely efficient, nice, and making a great product. Felt like there may have been a delivery driver with the back door propped open for some time while I was there. It was fine when I first arrived, but shortly after there was a chilly draft despite the front door being closed.“

“Nice , clean place—I ordered the meatball sub on Italian, with provolone. The sandwich artist was friendly & made my sub nice & saucy just like I asked! It was very delicious, meatballs very tender & sauce was cooked well and very tasty! I was hesitant to order it because I’m very fussy about my sauce, and it was excellent! I will definitely return!

“This subway almost always has the freshest tasting bread of the ones in the area. Sometimes you have to wait a minute or two for help but the freshness is worth it. One tip...If you want to save money on your drink get it from the gas station instead of the subway counter because it's cheaper for a larger cup and you get it from the same fountain!“

“Came today here with a friend and all of a sudden 10 construction workers came in and 5 were already there and only one person working. This woman deserves an award. She did everything by herself and when it was time for the construction workers,she started doing the subs 3 at a time and was friendly.
