“Planning to meet you from New York I’m always looking for a good burger place. I’m so glad we decided to try here tonight. The staff was amazing friendly and accommodating lady so I didn’t know her name was so happy to be where she was working. She was pleasant and just happy something nice to see the food was amazing on a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 15. I have the Hawaiian burger, everything’s prepared the way I requested the fresh cut fries salted perfectly. I will definitely return here whether I move to this area or another. Oh, did I mention the prices were great.“

“Great food for breakfast, lunch, and supper! Their burgers are extremely tasty and are very fresh! The chicken sandwiches are very delicious as well. Some of my personal favorites from here are: Double Cheeseburger with bacon, PepperJack cheese, and spinach. Fried chicken breast or grilled, with PepperJack cheese, spinach, and BBQ sauce on a sandwich bun or as a wrap. Sometimes I’ll have bacon added to it as well. Their fresh cut fries and fresh made chips are also very tasty with most any meal. Overall their pancakes, French toast, scrambled eggs, are great choices for breakfast. Bacon is always a given with any of those choices. The staff is very friendly and courteous. There are definitely times where it gets busy, but it’s well worth the wait.“

“I ordered a couple of pizzas today via DoorDash to feed my team. The quality of the pizzas and the flavor was top notch. My only issue was the “large” pizza is tiny. Which normally I would be ok but trying to feed a group at work with those tiny pizzas was a bit rough.“

“If you think for one moment you enjoy beer (especially hazy), Absolutely worth the trip, my drive was an hour 45 minutes. Some of the best beers and food in the state, if not farther. Cozy vibe with Super friendly owners and staff. Get here early for special food!!!“

“When the neighborhood spot the Midtown Tavern changed ownership and became Mad Moose we in the neighborhood had some concerns. No need. The Moose rocks. A truly great neighbor. Great staff, quite good food and well made drinks. Music on Friday’s is quality stuff. Highly recommended.“

“This place has amazing pizza! I’m very picky with my pizza options in the Harrisburg area but this place pleasantly surprised us with delicious pizza. We had a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza and you can tell they use good quality cheese and good pepperoni. We also had some of their pastries, we had the guava pastry with a cheese filled quesito, they were both good. They would taste better warmer or freshly made but they keep them refrigerated. If you’re planning to dine-in, you must be aware that it’s a small place and tables are limited but if you’re doing takeout, this is a perfect small local business to support while eating some delicious and decently prized food. We will be back!“

“I have been a Dairy Queen fan for probably 40+ years of my life. Started out as an occasional treat for my husband and I when we were first married in Hagerstown, MD. Over the years we’ve moved around with his job, and we’ve ended up retiring here in Mechanicsburg. We’ve been going to the Simpson St. Dairy Queen for over 24 years and I have to tell you, the people who work there are like family to us, especially to me since I am usually the customer. They are always ready to serve you with a smile and a kind word, even when they are BUSY!
