“Food was very good. Wings were crispy, tomato soup had good flavor, consistency and came out hot. I split two items: St Lucifer burger was juicy and well seasoned. Nashville hot chicken grilled cheese was good too. Beer refills were quick and our server was friendly and efficient. Me and the kids enjoyed some pinball games afterwards. There was enough room and machines to pick from that we didn’t feel like we were in the way of other customers. I would definitely come back and recommend. I personally didn’t mind the plastic silverware because I mostly had handheld foods but others may not like that.

Dinners included Blackened Salmon; Salmon Tacos; Burger and special of the day - Barbecue Ribs. They were complimented with fresh veggies that were really different, fresh and yum. Bought a birthday cake. A little expensive but my, it was spectacular! We will be back“

“Black Lab Bistro is always great! I've never had a bad meal here and the prices are reasonable. We love that it's a BYOB as well. We had 6pm reservations on a Friday night and were seated right away. It wasn't busy at that time but when we left, the restaurant was filling up. Our server was nice and very attentive. “I think they are off to a good start. The menu seemed limited but I did hear they were updating this. The fried pickles were awesome and a very large portion. My son absolutely loved the chicken and biscuits and said it was the best he ever had. The wings were just average and needed more sauce but had potentialto be a 5. The service was great and everyone was friendly. Its really large inside and great for watching football, hanging out with a group of friends, or even having an event or party.“

The restaurant was clean and well laid out and decorated for Christmas. We were greeted immediately and seated quickly.

Our server, Bryce, was great. Attentive, friendly, and efficient.

Our drinks came quickly. My wife's cranberry margarita was especially delightful.

The food was excellent. It came timely, but not in a rush. We got the tots appetizer, which was really tasty - the beer cheese in particular. My wife got the French dip, with real roast beef, not just cold cuts. I got the Kinda Healthy salad (with a cheeseburger on top!), which was really great.

Overall this is a fantastic neighborhood restaurant. There were people at the bar watching the game and families with kids in the dining area, making for a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

“Was pleasantly surprised by this terrific diner. The atmosphere is very friendly and the big portions are delicious. Great selection of fresh desserts, made both on the premises and Shady Maple in Lancaster. Salad bar had a huge fresh variety of salad toppings. Katie, our server, was a delight. “We had our wedding last weekend in the 2nd floor banquet room (with the balcony) in Pville. Everyone on staff especially our bartenders were awesome! “We had a lovely time at the Duck Inn tonight! Our server, Kyleigh D, was so accommodating and didn't even blink when I needed to change an order. The staff all around was lovely, even when some miserable lady caused a scene and embarrassed herself. They handled it very professionally. My kiddo loved going down to the water to see the ducks and stand on the dock. The food was good bar fare and we were seated in a quieter area which worked out well with the kids. All around a good experience!“

“I absolutely love it here, i’ e had many philly cheesesteaks before but the one they made me was the best cheesesteak i’ve ever had outside of philly. Definitely a 10/10 I recommend this place. Not big on sweet sauce on pizza but the way they do it is actually really good!! The salads are also bangin, the grilled chicken Caesar is my personal fave bc the chicken is on point. The fried mushrooms are really good too bc you can tell they’re not the shitty cheap ones they’re legit and go great with the sauce! The staff is so kind as well and the delivery guy is hella sweet 🤭💖
