“I love the iced espresso without 2% milk. I only ask for a "splash of half&half and no sweetener(I have my own and sometimes they put it in for me and other times like this evening they tell me "I can not do that" despite the fact it has been done many many times before without question) I have had to have them re-make many of my iced expresso's because they "dump" in to much half & half. They often do not have iced lemon loaf and I no longer go thru drive thru because it moves to slow and my drink is not as I like it so that means going inside“

When talking with him at the window, he was the only one at the store and was preparing to run the store solo this morning. I have had the pleasure of being helped by Anthony many times at this store as I am a regular. He has greeted me warmly each morning, and this is is not the first time he has braved the weather to come in. You have a wonderful employee and I wanted to express my appreciation for Anthony and Dunkin! Thank you!“

“Now I will say that no one is perfect and I have had a couple orders that weren't right at this location. But they were always quick to fix it as long as it was within their means. I also want to note that I really appreciate the fact that when I come in in the morning to grab breakfast that all the staff groups me by name. They are all super nice and I really do appreciate that. I wish I could shout out specific names, but I don't really know all the girls names. But I do know Carol is a sweetheart, and the two managers that we're working this morning on 8/5/2025 around 8:45am. They all have amazing customer service skills, and I think they should be commended for that because honestly that's a very rare Trait in the service industry these days.“
