“Got the stuffed crust with sausage and mushroom and extra cheese. Very delicious. My only complaint was the bottom was a bit floppy, but the taste of everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. I didn’t even mind using a fork to eat it. Can’t wait to order again.“

We did have an issue with the order though. I'm lactose intolerant and specifically said no cheese for my bacon burger. It showed up with cheese. This was quickly remedied once I let them know the error (drastic change from the last time there was an issue with an order - we were told to pick off the offending ingredients).“

“We love Pirollo’s. The place is small but immaculate. The staff have always been friendly and efficient. The battleships are excellent with quality ingredients. Hours are limited but it’s definitely worth it to make the effort to stop in.“

“This Wendy's is close to my home. And my daughter took me here after a few in her own service. The atmosphere usually good. However, the lady behind the counter was in some sort of mood and kept yelling at her co-worker. What's that dining room full of people and he did nothing wrong. He was trying to help her.“

We came in 12•13 at 3 to get some post shopping snacks. We were greeted by a young lady named Tao who was super friendly and patient when taking our order. Her manager, whose name I did not catch but she was a taller lady with curly hair who put down her previous activity to help Tao make our food, was more than happy to chat with us while we waited and even gave us fresh turn-overs! “Stopped in after work for a bite. I've never been to a Charleys. I tried their hottest wings and got a 10 piece and fries for a great price. I'm not only impressed by the food and atmosphere, but the store was very clean and everyone on shift today was friendly. I left quite satisfied and will for sure be back.“

I was in the area running postmates and there was an order that came through for rally's and I have never been to one so after I delivered the food I went back to order my food and omg I loved it, staff was very friendly as well. will be going back again.“

“The 2 for $7 is a good deal. I love the roast beef sandwich, but it could have been warmer. The service was excellent. She was confident and knew the menu. You could tell she was experienced at her job. I would recommend it.

“I arrived not long after they opened and I received the BEST meal I have ever had at a LJS. I've been a loyal customer for decades and since it is harder to find locations I go out of my way when I travel to get my fix.
The employee who packed my order was super kind and as I said the food was delicious.
My only issue is the condition of the store. And honestly this complaint goes for a number of locations left in the area. The store is in BAD shape. I've worked in food service for over 35 years and if the dining room that patrons see is in such a state of disarray then I can't even imagine what the kitchen and BOH areas look like. It would take a full day of deep cleaning, scrubbing and detailing to get the dining room to a somewhat acceptable level. The Butler location is bad too but not nearly as bad as this location but I will say the food at Butler left much to be desired the last time I was there.
I'm not in the Pittsburgh area much these days but if I do return I'll stick with the drive thru right at open in the hopes that I'm not reminded of the condition of the restaurant.“

“Drive thru service was good. Worker was friendly & smiled. Food order was correct. Only complaint a receipt could not be given due to this location had the receipt paper on order & it was already on wait for 2 weeks, per the attendant at the drive thru window.“

“I went through the drive through and got the 2 piece chicken tender with water. The guy handing us our food was nice did forget our straw but was very apologetic and polite. The food was quite good the ranch that came with it had a nice kick. Overall pretty good. The water was 75 percent ice though.“

“Their Chicago deep dish pizza is just like I remembered when I spent several months in Chicago for training. The dough had a nice crispy edge with a soft inside and the sauce was excellent and was generously applied over the toppings. This was my first Grandslam pizza and it was tremendous. When I come into town, this will my first choice for pizza. Larry from Michigan.“

“Harmarville location was my family's savior today! Sonics in Pgh Mills never took our order so we went to Burger King and our grandchildren were VERY happy! “Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.“

“This location is usually busy and today was no different. I placed my order and when I got to the window and paid, realized i ordered the wrong thing. They were very nice and quickly corrected my mistake and had me.on my way. The food was hot and fresh when I got home.“

“It was hard to find a clean table. The food was good but some stuff was missing from our kids’ meals like apple slices and the dip that came with the chicken meal. We had to go up multiple times to ask for the stuff that came with our food and the staff were not happy about it. The happy meals were a favorite and the chicken strips were a nice change up from the nuggets!“

“I've been coming here for years. They're pretty consistent. The customer service has always been satisfactory, at the least, the food has always been well prepared and portioned, and the restaurant has never been filthy. This is one of my favorite Taco Bells, if I had to choose.“

She has given me an exact same experience a few months ago when I told her that I had ordered a sandwich from the McKnight Road location and had a really horrible experience. She went out of her way to make sure my sandwich was exactly what I was looking for. And did so again tonight, even though I came in really close to closing. I really appreciate her and I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves.“
