“I ordered a number 6 meal. When I got home it was not what I ordered at all. I called n talk to a very nice lady named megan. She said I could come back that night or whenever was good for me and they would correct it. I went back right after talking to her n not only were they very apologetic, corrected my order but they also gave me a free chocolate frosty. People are not perfect. We make mistakes. It's how you correct them that matters. They did awsome.“

“Blown away by the service here. A few months ago we drove-thru and when we got home we realized they forgot a few things in our order. We called to share our frustration and they were very sympathetic and told us that if we gave them another chance, they would make things right. They sure did! Mistakes happen, but taking accountability goes a long way! Really impressed!“

“Tried Grandslam Pizza for the first time yesterday and it did not disappoint. The pizza has a lot of flavor and was delicious! The deep dish Chicago style is the best Chicago style pizza I have had for what you can get in Pennsylvania that is. Overall it was a great place to order from. The workers are very nice and the sit in area is very clean. The dining area is very open and a lot of room for multiple families to eat here. I highly recommend ordering here!“

“Harmarville location was my family's savior today! Sonics in Pgh Mills never took our order so we went to Burger King and our grandchildren were VERY happy! There was a long line (it was 1p) but it moved very fast about 3 min. And we had our food they got the food right even with my picky grandson. Thank you for saving the day!“

“Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.“

“It was hard to find a clean table. The food was good but some stuff was missing from our kids’ meals like apple slices and the dip that came with the chicken meal. We had to go up multiple times to ask for the stuff that came with our food and the staff were not happy about it. The happy meals were a favorite and the chicken strips were a nice change up from the nuggets!“
