“My steak papadia was enough for 2 great. I stopped at Jersey Mike's for the first and last time.when I was in harmarville and bought the steak hoagie OMG it was horrible Joe couldn't eat it either had to throw it out. I don't think bear the Australian cattle dog would eat it either.“

“Food is fair at McDonald's these days. Not the greatest. But it was hot and I did appreciate that. I go to McDonald's sometimes to get some paperwork done. This day was writing Christmas cards. It was very loud the day I went. Many people and children there. Tons of children and teens off for the Holidays and weekend. It's a newer/rebuilt McDonald's so it's clean and well staffed. My young pretty cashier was kind and respectful. Something you don't see all the time now. Kudos to Management for hiring appropriate staff. I used the app for coffee and Mcchicken sandwich.“

“It was an excellent experience.

We did have an issue with the order though. I'm lactose intolerant and specifically said no cheese for my bacon burger. It showed up with cheese. This was quickly remedied once I let them know the error (drastic change from the last time there was an issue with an order - we were told to pick off the offending ingredients).“

“Great food and super staff!
We came in 12•13 at 3 to get some post shopping snacks. We were greeted by a young lady named Tao who was super friendly and patient when taking our order. Her manager, whose name I did not catch but she was a taller lady with curly hair who put down her previous activity to help Tao make our food, was more than happy to chat with us while we waited and even gave us fresh turn-overs! Thanks for making a good day a great one!“

“This Wendy's is close to my home. And my daughter took me here after a few in her own service. The atmosphere usually good. However, the lady behind the counter was in some sort of mood and kept yelling at her co-worker. What's that dining room full of people and he did nothing wrong. He was trying to help her.“

“I arrived not long after they opened and I received the BEST meal I have ever had at a LJS. I've been a loyal customer for decades and since it is harder to find locations I go out of my way when I travel to get my fix.
The employee who packed my order was super kind and as I said the food was delicious.
My only issue is the condition of the store. And honestly this complaint goes for a number of locations left in the area. The store is in BAD shape. I've worked in food service for over 35 years and if the dining room that patrons see is in such a state of disarray then I can't even imagine what the kitchen and BOH areas look like. It would take a full day of deep cleaning, scrubbing and detailing to get the dining room to a somewhat acceptable level. The Butler location is bad too but not nearly as bad as this location but I will say the food at Butler left much to be desired the last time I was there.
I'm not in the Pittsburgh area much these days but if I do return I'll stick with the drive thru right at open in the hopes that I'm not reminded of the condition of the restaurant.“

“Stopped in after work for a bite. I've never been to a Charleys. I tried their hottest wings and got a 10 piece and fries for a great price. I'm not only impressed by the food and atmosphere, but the store was very clean and everyone on shift today was friendly. I left quite satisfied and will for sure be back.“

“Restroom needs final changes. No coat hook for coat in restroom. Gave up on app. Want to use deals on app at register. Employee gave me the deal. App moved to page 2 so as not to count on it. Wanted to use deal that employee could not give me. Would recommend fixing app rather than remodeling for last 3 weeks.“

“The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Food came out fast even though it was busy and we ordered a lot. I’m now taking a greasy fish poop and even now i’m not dissatisfied.“

“I went through the drive through and got the 2 piece chicken tender with water. The guy handing us our food was nice did forget our straw but was very apologetic and polite. The food was quite good the ranch that came with it had a nice kick. Overall pretty good. The water was 75 percent ice though.“

“Already excited to go back! I ordered the Chicago Deep Dish pizza and the Italian hoagie, and after a recent trip to Chicago I honestly wasn’t expecting much from the deep dish. I was completely blown away. The crust, the sauce, the whole thing was incredible — and the hoagie was just as impressive. Grandslam Pizza is a must‑try. They also run tons of specials, so keep an eye on their social media for deals.“

“Chris the store manager and the employee he had the night of 9/27 deserve credit! We just wanted some late night bites and those two held the whole place down to themselves! He even offered me and my passenger a card to come back to get a sandwich on the house for the wait! There’s not too many people that care as much about their customers as chris did, especially at 10:30 pm!“

“Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.“

“New manager, Tiffany is very good! Steak bites we tasty a little dry said use by 9:53 am but I order per receipt at 12:09 pm…. I didn’t ask for a refund because they were still tasty. They just would’ve been better how they not been dry but the barbecue sauce she recommended made the difference. I don’t wanna waste food otherwise I would’ve given it five stars but the service was five stars and I don’t wanna create any problems. I know she’s something out from another location which is awesome. Look forward to seeing her again great employee/manager!“

“The food was what you would expect. Good but obviously still fast food. Service was exceptional. Staff were extremely polite and friendly, moreso than most fast food restaurants, about on par with a nice diner. Would visit again next time I'm passing through and need something quick to eat. “It was hard to find a clean table. The food was good but some stuff was missing from our kids’ meals like apple slices and the dip that came with the chicken meal. We had to go up multiple times to ask for the stuff that came with our food and the staff were not happy about it. The happy meals were a favorite and the chicken strips were a nice change up from the nuggets!“
