“Enjoyed our dinner. Started with 2 Oyster Rockefeller (4ea) cooked perfectly and mild in taste. I got the Branzino (had fried onion straws which was interesting) and my husband had the striped sea bass which was featured this evening and very good. Our son had the yellow fin tuna which he said was exceptional. We all had desert, crème brûlée, tiramisu, and another feature walnut bread. All ofOverall decent for our first time here and will likely come again.“

I had gotten two pizza's and they both tasted the same. A little disappointing being I have always had great pizza from here. The burnt taste for me was so bad. Felt like I wasted $40 on pizza. “Had two sandwiches, the Reuben and a chicken salad on cranberry walnut bread. Delish. Other restaurants could take lessons from them on how to make a Reuben. Where they fell short was with the overpriced drinks, Autumn rum runner and a martini. The martini came with a 2" square ice cube and not much drink. They need to take lessons from Penn's Tavern Restaurant on how to make a rum runner. No one has beat theirs yet.“

It was fairly early on a Saturday evening (6:00 reservation) and they were out of four main courses, a salad, and an appetizer. There were no seafood choices at all. The ambience was kind of nondescript but in their defense they weren't in their regular space. I did love my dessert - I don't see it often on menus.“

“My wife and I had lunch at Chilangos today, the food was amazing. My wife loved her Shrimp Enchiladas, and I had the best Birria Tacos I've ever eaten. Lots of meat, which melted in my mouth. Tortillas were fried crispy, and I loved the grilled onions/chilis and cilantro/onions that were served on the side. Service has always been great when we eat there.“

“The food is to die for, you cannot pick a wrong item! We got the crab dip appetizer, pulled pork entree, crab cake sandwich and the kid's mini dog with fries. Everything was spectacular. Highly recommend the apples and cinnamon as a side! The staff is helpful and attentive from the host all the way to the waitress and managers. I've never been to a restaurant where the service is so great! We will definitely be a return customer 😊 Side note: The restaurant is extremely kid friendly and accommodating. They have high chairs and tables with enough room to fit the high chair or a stroller while still having enough room for everyone else.“

“My husband and I have been wanting to try Silantra for months and today we finally checked it out! We LOVE it!! The food is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. Our 11 year old son had a chicken and rice bowl with yellow coconut curry sauce and he wanted me to write that it had the perfect mix of spices and the chicken had a perfect texture. Five stars!! We will 100% be coming back!!“

“We have been going there for decades. Generous portions (at good prices) give at least one more meal from leftovers. Rarely have room for the good-looking desserts, but when we do, they are great. Vegetables often disappoint, but a double order of the excellent fries provides potatoes with our eggs the next morning.“

They were fantastic. BUT the chicken corn chowder was even better. In fact: the best I have ever had, and we live in Lancaster County. On top of that the server (Crystal) was super friendly and wonderful. Easily a 5 star experience. Thank you all...particularly Crystal!“
