“Had a great experience at this store! We needed a to go order for the whole CV ice hockey team 20hungry teenage boys plus coaches for a bus trip. The amazing staff worked with us for an easy solution to let all the boys order and pay for their own subs online and I picked them up to deliver to the bus. The process was smooth and quick. When I went to pick them up they had them all sorted and individually labeled with names and put in a box for easy transportation. The staff was extremely friendly and they even carried the box to my car for me! If you ever need to order for a group or sports team I highly recommend using this store! Oh and the subs received rave reviews from the boys! So they tasted great too! Thank you for great customer service and we will definitely order from your store the next time we need to feed the team!“

“Wow. I didn't think I'd ever be writing a review for Jimmy John's of all places, but I received some of the best customer service by a nice teen named Max. I wasn't sure what to order, and Max recommended me the #9 (delicious btw) and was super friendly during my whole experience. We had a nice chat and he truly just seems like a genuine guy who loves his job. Don't know how much they make but he definitely needs a raise. Will be back just to see Max again.“

“Sooooo, first time trying this place. Advertising says they are the number 1 philly cheese steak in the world. Friendly staff, fast ordering and preparation. Got it to go with all the choices available, mayo, lettuce,tomato, peppers, onions, cheese. And the protein was the chicken. I got the small which comes out as a portion of the length of bread available. Nicely cooked potato fries and the sandwich served together in a large box to go. Accompanying the sandwich was a self served coke. Potatoes fried well in the vat. The sandwich was tasty but the ratio of meat to the sandwich was low . I can't say it was number one in the world but it does fill the hole. Thanks again Charlie's staff.“

“I think this Subway is one of the best ones, every time I go across the river to see my mom, this is where she loves to eat. the owner knows us and exactly what we want and how we like it. very friendly and accommodating I would give it a 6 star if I could..“

“The two owners always make sure they have good workers, the food isnt bad compared to the subway horror stories. I used to work here and any food that was bad or even looked bad was pitched at this location always ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.“

“The order was for 75 3 inch subs for a special project. Order took a little longer but only saw 2 people working Order. I felt there was not enough lettuce/tomato/onion on the side of which they reluctantly gave us more, but they gave me just enough for the 75 subs. We ordered ham & cheese/Italian and 2 other types of subs. They did a great job even with the small issues we thought needed. They were correct in what they gave us. “It was our first time trying Simply Turkey. We got the hot turkey platter and 2 of the salads. AMAZING. Every thing was so delicious. The deserts are so good - the Peanut butter cookie was the softest most tastiest cookie ever. I give 10/10 will most definitely be back (probably weekly haha) I highly recommend giving them a try!“

“Two Cousins serves Italian and Mexican foods . We have eaten here and had take out on a few occasions. Food has always been fantastic.
Employees are always attentive and friendly.

“Three times in a row they’ve tried to charge me for a regular when I’ve ordered - and gotten - a mini. Definitely feels intentional, especially considering they have done the same with the fountain drink I ordered. Also, they keep the large cups up front and the smaller cups away from the register. Makes it unpleasant to visit which is a bummer because otherwise friendly service and decent sandwiches.
