“Had a great experience at this store! We needed a to go order for the whole CV ice hockey team 20hungry teenage boys plus coaches for a bus trip. The amazing staff worked with us for an easy solution to let all the boys order and pay for their own subs online and I picked them up to deliver to the bus. The process was smooth and quick. When I went to pick them up they had them all sorted and individually labeled with names and put in a box for easy transportation. The staff was extremely friendly and they even carried the box to my car for me! If you ever need to order for a group or sports team I highly recommend using this store! Oh and the subs received rave reviews from the boys! So they tasted great too! Thank you for great customer service and we will definitely order from your store the next time we need to feed the team!“

“The order was for 75 3 inch subs for a special project. Order took a little longer but only saw 2 people working Order. I felt there was not enough lettuce/tomato/onion on the side of which they reluctantly gave us more, but they gave me just enough for the 75 subs. We ordered ham & cheese/Italian and 2 other types of subs. They did a great job even with the small issues we thought needed. They were correct in what they gave us. “I ordered take out due to the bad service reviews so I can not comment much on the overall service. As for the food, I ordered traditional wings with Buffalo and the Scorpion sting along with fries. The wings were extra crispy which I asked for, the sauce could have been more abundant but was amazing regarding heat and flavor. The fries unfortunately were soggy due to being in the container to long but that's not their fault. Overall I would say the food was REALLY good and I would go back.“

“Wow. I didn't think I'd ever be writing a review for Jimmy John's of all places, but I received some of the best customer service by a nice teen named Max. I wasn't sure what to order, and Max recommended me the #9 (delicious btw) and was super friendly during my whole experience. We had a nice chat and he truly just seems like a genuine guy who loves his job. Don't know how much they make but he definitely needs a raise. Will be back just to see Max again.“

“The two owners always make sure they have good workers, the food isnt bad compared to the subway horror stories. I used to work here and any food that was bad or even looked bad was pitched at this location always ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.“

“Simply Turkey is phenomenal in every way possible. Not only is their food phenomenal, but so is the staff. Recently I had their baked potato soup and it was AMAZING. I had been watching the soup specials for it again for two weeks when I decided to send an email to the Ft St location. TWO days later, I got an email AND phone call to let me know they had made the soup. That kind of customer service is unbelievably hard to find these days and I was floored that they would even consider making it, let alone that they actually did. I am just baffled and absolutely thrilled that they would listen and take action like that. Service this good is rare and when coupled with delicious food, it deserves to be recognized.“

“Three times in a row they’ve tried to charge me for a regular when I’ve ordered - and gotten - a mini. Definitely feels intentional, especially considering they have done the same with the fountain drink I ordered. Also, they keep the large cups up front and the smaller cups away from the register. Makes it unpleasant to visit which is a bummer because otherwise friendly service and decent sandwiches.
