“I ordered a rotisserie chicken sandwich and there was a young petite girl that worked there with dark hair with braids and glasses and she made the best sandwich that I've ever had from any Subway in the whole United States the ingredients were perfect it was almost like she was making the sandwich for herself she was very friendly and wrapped both halves of the footlong separately so that it would be easier for me to handle and told me to be safe on the road that's the the way the product and the service should be everywhere it was 10 star excellence“

“Are use this SUBWAY® often because I work in the airport. Since they are sometimes short staffed they have to close to pick up supplies downstairs. I’ve always got what I wanted and never got an attitude. But I had seen them give some attitude out and I don’t blame him he’s travelers or nasty inconsiderate and rude themselves but yet they expect customer service to be polite all the time. You put up with hundreds of people coming in and out every day with an attitude and see if you don’t get one“

“I just was stranded at Hershey Park because one of our busses wouldnt start. Had to feed 80 kids and I walked into this location and explained my situation. Without hesitation the kind woman behind the counter called in her husband and family to help assemble 80 sandwiches in incredible time. They were so kind to me and made me feel ok about such a large order with zero notice. Cant thank them enough for helping make a tough situation a little better.“

“I came to this location twice in a week. Ordered a tuna melt with lettuce, extra red onions,jalapeño peppers, a few tomatoes and green peppers. Adam and Maria greeted me with warm smiles as I walked in. I described to Adam I wanted a tuna sandwich with a twist and explained how I wanted him to melt the tuna and cheese before adding the other garnishes and fixings. Sandwich came out amazing!!!! So good that I went back the very next day and ordered it again! Thanks Adam and Maria for your patience and also for the great customer service“

“This Jersey Mikes in Hershey has officially made me never want subway again 😂 The ingredients are ACTUALLY fresh here! The extremely pleasant staff just makes the experience that much better. I decided to try the cheesesteak the way it traditionally comes and it was delicious. In the future I might try adding marina or some sauce but it was still great as is. I also appreciate all the work they’re doing for charities and I’m thrilled we have one of these shops in our community!“

“This is easily my favorite Subway location, and Oom is a huge reason why. I recently found out that he is actually one of the franchise owners, which honestly made perfect sense because you can tell how much pride he takes in this restaurant.

Every time I come in, Oom seems to be there working with a great pleasant attitude. He is hardworking, friendly, pleasant to talk to, and always provides excellent service. No matter how busy the restaurant is, the line moves quickly and I never feel rushed when ordering.

The restaurant itself is consistently immaculate. It is spacious and comfortable to spend time in. Everything is clean, organized, and fully stocked, and I honestly cannot remember ever coming here and finding them out of an ingredient I wanted. The condiment and preparation areas are always spotless, which really stands out compared with many other quick-service restaurants.

My most recent sandwich was excellent. The bread tasted fresh, the ingredients were fresh, and the portions were extremely generous. Usually at Subway I find myself asking for extra vegetables or toppings, but Oom gave such great portions that even my six-inch sandwich was very filling. Everything was made exactly the way I wanted it.

What impressed me most, though, was learning that Oom owns the franchise with his brother and seeing how personally invested he is in running it well. He is not an owner who is removed from the day-to-day operation — he is there working, helping customers, making sandwiches, keeping everything running smoothly, and clearly taking pride in the experience people have in his restaurant.

In my experience, this is the best-run Subway location I have visited. (And I have been all over the world). Great food, excellent service, incredibly clean, consistently well stocked, and an owner who genuinely cares about his business and his customers. Oom is a real one. Highly recommend this location!“

“I hate going to any other Subway! This one always seems to have the nicest people working and everytime I'm in there, someone is cleaning, so it's always spotless! Been to two other local stores recently, with one sub inedible and the other store missing so many ingredients, we just left. Definitely will stick to the Hummelstown location from now on!“
