“My wife and I had never had authentic Egyptian food and we were on that side of town. We had a pretty big order and live an hour away. This food was some of the best, most amazingly seasoned food I have had. Not one thing we got was left over. My 2 and 4 year olds were eating the (pleasantly)spicy samosas and loved the rice. The falafel burrito was so fresh and delicious and the beef pie and shawarma put me into a coma. Finally, the baklava……….send help!! Highly recommend!!“

I watched them train a new employee to do the same! Pinch and pull the dough- enough sauce, but not too much. “It’s good, menu is updated seasonally but it’s only ok. Not quite fine dining and service is a little suspect Procedures of serving across and behind patrons needs to be adjusted. If you’re eating at the bar, please walk around bar instead of the patron leaning back having to move and figure it out. Mixed drinks are good and wine list is good and the porch is pleasant. Place is good, just could be a little better“
