“Al's is my first ice cream shop since moving to Pittsburgh and no reason to go anywhere else! We started off with a couple of great, juicy hotdogs! “O.M.G. this place is amazing! This was our first time here, after passing it up so many times on our way to different places. The advertisement for the Peanut Butter brownie parfait on their sign near the road was all the motivation I needed to finally stop. I am so glad I did! The custard is delicious. Unlike many other frozen custard I have had. I'm more of a soft serve ice cream person so this was right up my alley! Most ice creams upset my stomach later but I'll suffer though it to have some ice cream. I'm typing this up 3 hours later, and nothing yet! Finally a frozen treat I can eat that doesn't upset my stomach! The parfait I had, had bits of brownie in it and most places that I have had a brownie in the ice cream, its stale, this was like the brownie was only a couple hours old, it was that fresh tasting. The girls there are so sweet and nice, which just puts the cherry on top of the first time experience there. I will definitely be back to try their giant gobs and to try more of their frozen treats! Make the stop, don't wait like I did, you don't know what you're missing until you do!“
“This Rita's is the best Rita's in this area. It's also the only Rita's with Chocolate flavored Italian ice in this area. I have a Rita's 10min away from my house but I drive 30min just to get the Chocolate flavored ice here. Also the owner is such a nice person!“
“Such a great local spot! Inventive, creative menus that change weekly to keep us interested! Of course the ice cream is amazing, but the food is the unexpected treat. More than basic burgers and fries that you would expect. The food is seriously amazing and the ever changing menu is my favorite part. There's always something new to try!“

“So far this summer we have tried the gummy bear flavor & loved !!! Bonus for the gummies in it, so cute! Wish there was some additional on top for a cute picture though! We also tried the sour patch mixed with lemonade which now a new favorite for me! Rita’s is such a nice summer treat to bring the kids. Can’t wait for new flavors! Bring gummy bear back lol“

“Small DQ next to gas station and Dunkin'. Def convenient to grab after fueling up vehicle . Typically only grab DQ for the ice cream , but it was lunch time so I ordered a double cheeseburger and Oreo hot cocoa blizzard . I forgot how good their burgers are! Tastes delicious . Blizzard was rich and chocolatey. Yum!!“
“I came here while traveling and wanting something sweet and boy did get what I came for. I got a Chocolate waffle cone and it was 100% amazing definitely recommend if you like chocolate. The customer service was great and we were served relatively quickly. It’s great if you’re just looking for some ice cream on a hot day!“
“We got burgers and a blizzard for dinner and everything was excellent. The burgers actually had a slice of tomato on instead of the normal fast food burgers where finding the tiny slice can be quite challenging. Good grub, empty dining area = ultimate eating experience!“
“A lady with seven kids came in and placed her order… It included 7 ive cream cones… She had trouble getting her card to work and she couldn’t do it … the cashier offered to pay for it and then the boss lady came out and gave her the cones for free ❤️. How wonderful was that ????Also, there’s a boy working there and he’s just as wonderful as can be. “This place is just flat out AWESOME! Not only are the sundae creations unique, but they're DELICIOUS! The old school candy throughout the shop took me back to my childhood instantly, and the newer creations appealed to my daughters! (freeze dried gummi works?! Oh yes!!) Wrap it all in a fun Christmas theme, and set some games out to have some quality family time while enjoying your sundaes and you just can't go wrong!!“
