“Stopped by Dunkin’ this afternoon. I’ve neglected them and felt bad. I got a Cappuccino and 5 donut holes (less guilt). I was pleasantly surprised with the Cappuccino. It was good without being high octane. Just right. Their prices are decent too. With so many choices of coffee shops I strayed away from plain old Dunkin. The newer shops are usually higher priced too. The inside of Dunkin is reminiscent of 70-80s style decor and it’s a nice place to be. There are computer tables and WiFi is a available. They offer a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items. Come back and sit a spell.“

“I have a subscription to their coffee roastery - I recieve a 5lb bag of Espresso Roast beans every 8 weeks to use in my at home espresso machine. Their beans have ruined all other coffee for myself and my wife - we can ONLY drink Backyard Beans coffee. It is the best coffee we have ever tasted. The worst part is - we live in Alabama so we can only ever order it for delivery!“

“Place has best bagels in the area by a mile. Only drawback is it's impossible to place a call ahead order. Either no one answers or you get strange prompts saying their line is busy even the phone doesn't even ring once. Really weird. So be prepared to wait on weekends.“

I HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT I AM ABOUT TO EXPLAINThis Dunkin was the first ever place I went to get iced coffee for the first time. A man named Sam, who works at this Dunkin, is great. He from the very beginning is good at his job any order I’ve made with him, he’s made perfectly. Whether it’s a mocha, cold brew, or latte he made the excellently. He’s also made some bacon and I REALLY love it. He also is fun to talk to personally and my family like talking to him too.This place is amazing, please go. And little note to any place you go be a respectful, nice customer.?

Parking: I never have a problem with parking.

Kid-friendliness: He’s good when talking to my younger brother. My brother is a big shy though.“

Today Adrian took extra time to help me when I didn't know what to get.. his kindness really made my morning. I got a bagel from someone else & they were really sweet even though we didn't have a personal connection.. they still made me feel good to be here. “I go to this store faithfully every morning mainly i go through the drive thru but some days when the line is crazy long ill go inside to order... The lady that is always at the drive thru window always greets me so nicely. Always so upbeat. When i go into order the ladies inside are also very nice. Never had a bad experience! Service is pretty quick for the most part.“

“I love this Starbucks. The customer service is one of the best I have experienced. They have touch times especially during covid. They lost some people so new training had to be done for new. I think people here are too hard on the people who work here. The only thing is I wish the manager employed cleaning this place. The floors and tables need to be swept and wiped down. Everyday. Morning and afternoon. Please ask the employees to clean on their downtime. And there is downtime. I know because I am here almost everyday. Thanks!“
