“Stopped by Dunkin’ this afternoon. I’ve neglected them and felt bad. I got a Cappuccino and 5 donut holes (less guilt). I was pleasantly surprised with the Cappuccino. It was good without being high octane. Just right. Their prices are decent too. With so many choices of coffee shops I strayed away from plain old Dunkin. The newer shops are usually higher priced too. The inside of Dunkin is reminiscent of 70-80s style decor and it’s a nice place to be. There are computer tables and WiFi is a available. They offer a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items. Come back and sit a spell.“

“I just went there for the first time this morning. I wanted to try a new coffee shop. I had off today and you know just decided to take the 25 minute drive and boy am I glad I did! The latte is phenomenal and the right temperature! the vanilla bean scone with the little ghost on it, Oh my God, adorable and delicious! Not to mention the woman that helped me and made my latte was just so fun and so fresh and so sweet! I will definitely be taking the drive again. “I was asking for recommendation at another local fb group for cupcakes as I was short on time to order for my son’s birthday. Vincent the owner of Nonno’s commented and I’ve sent him a direct message. Since he gave me a certain time window to order, I called the shop and one of his staff was kind enough to reach out to him to let him know He called! And to my surprise, even when he was on the road, he took my order 🙌🏼 The next day I’ve picked up the cupcakes, he was at the store, gave me extra as it fits better in the container and went above and beyond to offer coffee, perfect on the day dreary day I went in. Thanks to Vincent for taking above and beyond. “Amazing little spot, conveniently located for shopping in cross keys plaza. The space is thoughtfully and beautifully designed, staff were cheerful and helpful. They have many options for Gluten-free and also soy-free dining. Vegetarian options can also be found. Portions were hearty and food was delicious.

Dietary restrictions: We walked in with a list of allergies. Staff took the time to guide us through the menu and help us make selections. After we announced that we are both gluten and soy free, they took care to clean the kitchen and equipment before preparing our order. “I love this Starbucks. The customer service is one of the best I have experienced. They have touch times especially during covid. They lost some people so new training had to be done for new. I think people here are too hard on the people who work here. The only thing is I wish the manager employed cleaning this place. The floors and tables need to be swept and wiped down. Everyday. Morning and afternoon. Please ask the employees to clean on their downtime. And there is downtime. I know because I am here almost everyday. Thanks!“

“I go to this store faithfully every morning mainly i go through the drive thru but some days when the line is crazy long ill go inside to order... The lady that is always at the drive thru window always greets me so nicely. Always so upbeat. When i go into order the ladies inside are also very nice. Never had a bad experience! He from the very beginning is good at his job any order I’ve made with him, he’s made perfectly. Whether it’s a mocha, cold brew, or latte he made the excellently. He’s also made some bacon and I REALLY love it. He also is fun to talk to personally and my family like talking to him too.This place is amazing, please go. And little note to any place you go be a respectful, nice customer.?

Parking: I never have a problem with parking.

Kid-friendliness: He’s good when talking to my younger brother. My brother is a big shy though.“

We asked if they had any pup cups, ice cream for dogs, and they didn't but they were able to facilitate our request with a small cup of peanut butter ice cream which we really appreciated. “My boss sent me to get a Frappuccino we 1st saw on FB. He said it couldn’t be done. I begged to differ! Have 3-4 Starbucks around me but I chose Ridge n Butler Pike. Glad I did! 1st barista took order AFTER I showed her pic of what I needed. 2nd barista came up and advised her to put this on and that on and so forth. 3rd barista started making it. 2nd barista was like “one second.. hold my cup fam.. I got this..” and went to WORK on my custom Vanilla Bean with some type of strawberry purée and white Mocha! I’m telling you... it was well worth it! Those baristas were on point! Apparently all you gotta do is ASK!“
