“We go to this Melting Pot at least four times a year. Each time is a wonderful experience. Today, however, we were beyond blown away by the best service we've ever had. Hanna was our server and she truly is exceptional! She made everything perfect! The food is always tasty and plentiful. In addition, Amanda, the manager is phenomenal! I still can't figure out how she remembers us each time we come to dine. This is a testament to her customer service skills and professionalism. Good, pricey coffee; the food is not particularly expensive. Good beer and big bacon in the bloody. Giant dinosaur eggs on the Benedict, but not close to hot.“

“We visited Jackson's last week. We were introduced to our server, the hostess informed us she was new. Boy, was she fantastic! The food was an A+. We had soup of the day and Salmon, which was cooked perfectly. Our server was Bonnie Lynn and we will ask to be set in her section next time. She never quit smiling.“

“MY friend and I went there on Saturday to celebrate our birthdays..Our server Adam was simply amazing. He patiently waited for us to decide on our drink order and went as far as to let us try the drink to see if we liked it, which we didn’t but he took it off our bill and then brought us a birthday card and wished us a happy birthday. The food was very delicious. But our main complaint comes down to Adam !! He was so fantastic and such a kind person . They truly have a rare gem in him as an employee! I hope they appreciate him because he is what makes it a truly wonderful experience there. We will definitely go back there and if we are lucky Adam will be our server.!!!“

“Lovely atmosphere with plants, fun decor, and sunlight everywhere, one of the prettiest places to grab a drink! And the drinks are also just as pretty and delicious, with a bunch of of different flavors and combos, they also can craft something for you, but the specials are so varied that you can def find something you like!

Also the staff was great and made sure to check what flavors and strength you would like to steer you in the right direction, would definitely recommend!“

“I am a foodie for sure and this experience was a flavor explosion!! The beets were a texture fantasy with a crunch and sweet savory home run. And the Striploin?!!!!! Filet tenderness with a better than NY strip flavor (how is it possible?). Second only to my NYC Wagyu A5 favorite. I was a little hesitant when I first saw the menu, but nothing disappointed at all! Would definitely recommend and return with friends for that steak!!! Chef Dave is a Master of flavors. Shame on me for reviewing before dessert. COME FOR THE DESSERT!! SMH. Creativity of the highest order. I can see why this place is packed tonight. Bring a date, bring your family, impress a client. You will not regret it. And ask for Crystal! “Went here tonight for my wife’s birthday. We just moved out to the east end this winter and have been trying to find good spots for a night out. This place has surpassed dinners we’ve had on vacations. Our food was incredible. Everything was absolutely delicious and looked just as good, if not better. We cannot wait to go back and try other things on their menu.
We ordered the bucatini and the chicken parm for our entrees and they were both incredible. The bucatini was perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough.“

“We had täkō last night in Pittsburgh for the first time and it was SO GOOD! They had their Spookeasy pop up Halloween bar and the set up was so cool, it was pretty packed with it being Halloween weekend but it was such a cool atmosphere! We ended up getting seats at the bar and the two bartenders were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with deciding what drinks we wanted to try! The tacos.....the octopus is the BEST, chorizo was second best for me. Pictures aren't the greatest, but it's the best I got. Definitely a great time if you're feeling fancy 🍶 It's not cheap, but I'd say definitely worth it for the food, drinks, staff and just the atmosphere of it all.“

Got a bacon burger and its absolutely the best in the city, incredible price for everything you get and absolutely massive portion. “My wife & I go to dinner with a few other couples once a month. We go down the alphabet & go to non chain restaurants. We picked Meat & Potatoes for M. This was all of our first time at the restaurant. We were seated in the side 1 table room, the service was great, it was like our own little space. My wife & I got the 2 Tomahawk steaks, bone marrow, asparagus, & shoestring fries. Everything was amazing, we all got different starters to share. We got the pig candy, all starters were great! There was not one complaint from the table, we will definitely be back. I have known the owner for a very long time, & been to his other places & been just as satisfied. GREAT JOB RICK & ALL OF YOUR STAFF!“
