“Usually will not rate a chain, but this one location deserves it. Unlike the crappy haters at the bridgeville location or getting reprimanded for using a MyPanera + Gift card at the waterfront location, this location is pleasant, and is generally consistent. “This is such a beautiful establishment! We ate outside in the courtyard garden area and it was so lively. The waitstaff accommodated me as a vegan, and luckily, many of the appetizers were vegan, and one of the entrees is vegan as well, the pumpkin curry. For dessert we had YUMMY mango sticky rice! “First time there but won’t be last! We had the Frankenstein sandwich and the Brick and Mortar salad with sweet onion vin. Both were fresh and fabulous. The wait staff was friendly and attentive despite being really busy. On a scale of 1-10 it was a definite 10“

“Fabulous dinner, unique menu, we had Fried Green Tomato Sandwich, Guinness Roast Beef, Fish and Chips, and Salmon, then shared the Bread pudding, all was excellent!“

“I've had mixed experiences here. Awhile ago I came and had the wedding soup hoagie and a soup and it was incredible. The last time I went I got a quart of chicken soup and a sandwich as well. This time there was a long line of people, the soup didn't have almost any chicken (I found two small pieces in the whole quart) but was just carrots and celery (great broth though), and the sandwich was pretty good but my bread was a little soggy.

I think soup can be a bit of a gamble with getting an even distribution of stuff inside, so I'll try it again!“

“So unbelievably amazing pho. Its probably the best I've ever had. Not too salty, perfect balance, aromatic... and this is before you even add toppings. It really doesn't need anything but of course goes a step further if you ask for their in-house chili sauce. Huge servings.

Also, location is further down the Strip District/less businesses, so more opportunities to find parking. Free street parking after 6 M-F and free all day Sunday. Walking distance to the convention center and the rest of downtown. Prices are about the same in any city.“

“The soups are usually pretty good. The only complaint I have is the wait times during peak hours. I tend to order only soup and a piece of bread, but the wait time on that can be over 15 minutes. It would be nice if orders like that could be filled at the register quickly, or while we’re in line trying samples. Overall I’d recommend Zoup, just get there before 12:00 or after 1:00 on weekdays“
