“We were passing through New Stanton, and had dinner at La Tavola. We sat at the bar, and had incredible service from Sandy, the bartender. The food was incredible. We had the artichoke appetizer, a Caesar salad, and the Veal Picatta and the special, which was a Swordfish with lump crabmeat. Also, the Crème Brûlée. All was incredible, and Chef Lou came out and chatted with us. A very special gem of a restaurant, which we would highly recommend!!“

“The Italian food was very good. I had the squash ravioli with brown butter sauce, and the flavor was unique to me. My boyfriend enjoyed the grilled chicken Parmesan over pasta. The entrees and soup needed more seasoning. The atmosphere is cheerful with glass chandeliers and flowers. It’s a great place to eat when departing or returning from Myrtle Beach. Parking is still free and the restaurant is ADA ACCESSIBLE“

“ordered a meatball pizza on the thick crust and don't burn the cheese. I got a medium traditional crust. the meatball looked like flat sausage and the cheese was slightly burnt or browned. the tomato sauce was the best part, fresh and tangy. give thos place about an 80 out of 100“

“Our experience wasn't with the restaurant itself, as we didn't actually eat there. But we were lost on the way to a burial service, when we stopped in for directions. Both the ladies working there were so kind, and they helped us get where we needed to be on time! We just wanted to say thank you. ☺️“
