“This has become my favorite Hello Bistro location as of late. It isn't as busy as it used to be, but im just fine with that. Their food is always made/prepared with care and it tastes great. The employees are efficient and friendly enough. They seem to have other localized promotions (discounts) to compete with the other local eateries. I've never had any food from here that I didn't love!“

“Went for the first time today (Saturday) and got their shrimp burger special. For $13, it was well worth the price. The burger patty (a conglomeration of whole shrimps cooked together) was crispy, juicy, and flavorful. The rémoulade sauce and toppings were perfect additions and weren’t overpowering. It was also sturdy enough to eat without falling apart.

As I was eating (around 2:30pm), they sold out of their last tomato pie slice, red pepper bisque, and one of the sandwiches. Definitely arrive early on the weekend and plan to take your food to go or wait for a seat.“

Hanna was our server and she truly is exceptional! She made everything perfect! The food is always tasty and plentiful. In addition, Amanda, the manager is phenomenal! “I've been to a different Hello Bistro before and my experience was much different. Upon walking into the store the entire dining room was filled with smoke as if the grill was on fire. Most of the customers had already ordered their food, so they were essentially forced to stay in those conditions until their meal was ready. The staff was hit or miss with some folks smiling and others who clearly didn't want to be there, and it showed in their messiness on the line. I won't tank their score because everyone is entitled to a bad day, but it'll be a while before I go back.“

I came in expecting a burger, but I stayed for the Frog Legs—the gochujang brown butter buffalo sauce is an absolute game changer. If you are looking for boring bar food, go elsewhere. Here, you have to try the Beef Tartare; the quality of the Snake River Farms beef really shines, and the soy cured yolk adds such a rich texture. For the main event, the Duck Burger is a must-order. The combination of a duck and beef fat patty with luxardo cherries and boursin cheese sounded crazy on paper, but it was incredible. This place is a culinary hidden gem.“

I didn’t realize they are typically closed on Monday, but the person I spoke with was so pleasant and helpful and took our order anyway. I let most of it cool to then put in the freezer, so I can have some quick and easy meals when I'm busy. I usually reheat takeout pizza in either in the oven or I'll use a toaster oven.“

“The food and service were phenomenal! We were seated in the back, near the patio doors. It was a little crafty. We asked a random server to close the doors to the patio. She said she would, but never did so we closed them ourselves.

Our server, Sara, was the best. She recommended some great dishes that our table tried, and they were delicious. I got the carrot cake for dessert and it was out of this world! Highly recommend this restaurant and definitely ask for Sara as your server!“
