I was greeted with a bright-eyed smile by Sara, and when she recognized my trials- she offered a hug & prayers. I won’t soon forget that! I already loved this restaurant, but having Sara to greet guests is a bonus! Thank you for showing exactly what’s great about supporting small businesses.“

“The people who work here 95% of the time dont read the order requests for custom pizzas. Not to mention, if you are given a semi long wait time, just be prepared to wait over an hour for the food beyond the end of the initial estimate. Overall, the food is okay but the service is horrific. If you want an accurate and timely order, then this is not the store to order from.“

“High praise for excellent customer service, my family are regular customers of Mignano's Pizza. My daughter lost her handmade doll a few weeks ago. Yesterday, when my wife went in to pick up a delicious stromboli the owner said, "I think I have your daughter's doll." For him to have kept this doll for weeks is so touching. My daughter cried with joy that it was found and returned home. Thank you 1000x for being the best! This is the kind of customer service that makes life long patrons.“

“Food was great as always. But a glitch on the online ordering service led to major disappointment this evening (website and app are both like this). My wife had been craving a pepperoni pizza all day and I told her I would pick one up on my way home from work. So I ordered our usual Tomato Basil pizza and a Pepperoni pizza on the website. Except, I made the mistake of selecting the pepperoni, and then going back and changing the size of the pizza from small to medium. Evidently when you change the size of the pizza, it erases any and all of the toppings on the pizza you were creating. After a 12 hour day and in a rush to get my wife her pizza I did not notice it had erased my pepperoni selection and proceeded with the order thinking it was as I had placed it. Once I got home my wife was very disappointed that the pepperoni pizza she had been craving all day was in fact just a plain cheese pizza. I partially feel like this is my fault, but I also feel as though the website and app should not revert your selected toppings to a blank slate just by changing the size of the pizza. Hopefully you all can change the way this happens or look into a new online ordering service that is more modern and user friendly.“

I will say the only thing is there needs to be more pizza sauce, but other than that the pizza was good and you can’t beat the prices. They have the cheapest pizza around. My kids loved the pizza too.“

“Yesterday was our last time ordering from Sal's. We have had issues for the past year. I'm very disappointed because Sal's used to be my favorite restaurant for over a decade. However, I will not be suggesting your restaurant anymore. Our pizza was dry and burnt in the crust, the salad was bad, the chicken on it was also dry and had no flavor .. no dressing was packed in the bag, Additionally, the buffalo chicken wrap had watered down sauce buffalo sauce and maybe blue cheese dressing??? Not a crumble. The whole wrap was a soggy mess. It was a weekday order...early evening, not a busy time.“
