If I'm going to consume Smorgasbord calories, the dishes shouldn't taste like they came from a cafeteria and we're scooped out of a can and heated up. The New York Strip wasn't good either...charred outside, too pink inside. If you do go. The goulash and ham and cheese dip were good. The pot roast was alright and the spiced applesauce was good. I liked the meadow tea, but that's kinda hard to mess up. Our server was the best part. She was kind and helpful.“

“I suppose everyone has a right to their own opinion, but I think the 4.4 rating on this place is an absolute travesty. I had never tried shoo-fly pie before visiting PA this autumn, but I made it a point to try a couple of different ones during my visit, and while all of them were quite yummy, for me Dutch Haven was head and shoulders and belly-button ahead of all others. For anyone who loves shoo-fly pie, I'd be pretty surprised if you didn't love theirs; and for anyone who wants to try it for the first time, I HIGHLY recommend making Dutch Haven the one you try. I only wish it weren't so much more expensive to have it shipped vs. buying it on site (but that's pretty par for the course for shipping food items, so disappointing as it is, I do totally get it). Oh well, I'll just have to figure out a good time to make my way back at some point, and do a bit more stocking up next time around! :D“

The place is quaint and very friendly. The food food, especially the pretzels, are amazing, soft and fresh.

They are also responsible for the goats that you can feed just down their parking lot behind the building.

Parking: You can easily park at the Kitchen Kettle Village parking lot next door.“

“I spent 3 days in Lancaster n I went on one bite pizza appt for best pizza in lancaster n out of the top 100 places only 4 places impressed me n Pizza City was one of them n not far from the motel where I was staying at so, it was a no Brainer. I have tried ALOT of pizza in my life n I do reviews. I was really impressed on how good this was a true NY style pizza. Thin crust, well cooked undercarriage, good amount of tasty sauce with just enough cheese with zero grease. Highly recommend it here n just wished it was closer. Also, prices extremely reasonable to where I live.“

We waited over a half an hour for our food to find after I ask for them to check on our food that they burnt my wife’s steak and made her another one my meal when brought out must of been reheated twice and burnt!!!! “So my husband and I love trying new places! We are not from Lancaster but from the Reading area. We sat at the bar on Saturday and met Boots.. Yes. Our bartenders name was Boots. He was nothing short of amazing!!!!! He was fun, funny, knowledgable and perfect!! Our food (Korean kabobs and pretzel) were sooo delicious!!! Drinks fantastic!!! If you have a chance to chill with Boots I highly suggest you do it!!! Thank you Boots for a fantastic afternoon. Just wish we got to see Kat and give her that message (lol)“

“The food is always delicious and always super hot so you never have to worry about cold food ordering here. I normally order over the phone and pick it up and it never takes more then 30 minutes. Overall I think this is the best chinese food in the area, i’ve been eating it since i can remember and would recommend it over other places.“

“I am originally from Philly and finding a cheesesteak in Lancaster County has been impossible! I have come to the realization that adding pizza sauce to a cheesesteak is the norm. Adding pizza sauce makes it a Pizza cheesesteak and I am often looked at as crazy when I ask for Ketchup instead of Pizza sauce. I have to say that this Pizza place has hands down the best damn cheesesteaks in Lancaster County. The rolls are not homemade from Pizza dough and are actually soft and delicious. My only complaint would be they are a little light on the meat but that's not going to stop me from visiting again. The older lady at the counter was personable. She greeted everyone with a smile as they walked in the door and her service was spot on! If she was having a rough evening, it didn't show. If you are looking for a REAL cheesesteak, this is the place. Just tell them to hold off on the Pizza sauce!“

“After a long day of galavanting and shopping in Lancaster PA, my wife and I settled on Red Robin on East Lincoln highway for a 8:45pm Friday night dinner, partially because she knew she could find something there to work with her gluten free preferences. We were seated promptly. Our server's name was Phineas... And from the moment he introduced himself, we knew that our evening was going to be phenomenal. His smile and attitude and personality was off the charts amazing... He was seriously the best server we've had in 4 months, at any restaurant we've been to recently. He seemed excited to see us, enjoyed his work, and wanted to ensure our dining experience was first class! He was quick with our beverages & refills and refills on the water. He answered a couple of questions and had a couple of really good suggestions on the menu items. We both settled on the Red Robin burger with the egg, (her's with no bun) and I asked to have some guacamole added to mine... The food came out perfect... Phineas was pleasant and personable and there's a pretty good chance we'll go back and ask for him by name the next time we're in the area. If you're dining at the red robin near the outlets in Lancaster Pennsylvania, ask for Phineas as your server. As employers and entrepreneurs ourselves, we recognize rockstar employees when we see them... If you're in management at Red Robin, take good care of that young man! If you don't, an employer like us may consider trying to lure him away. 😉“
