“My son and I had dinner for Mother’s Day. Our first experience at this restaurant. Aside from a small miscommunication where the side dishes were delivered to the table alongside the apps, everything was very good. They corrected the sides and delivered fresh with the entrees, the sides were easily large enough to share amongst three or four people and the food was very good. The app, sides and entrees, as well as the gluten free chocolate cake were all delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to return.“

And being able to peruse the Beer Cave for just the right microbrew or rare import makes this an easy choice for an affordable dinner out, with friends, or solo at the bar where the bartenders take good care of you.“

“Great Food and Atmosphere, Some Service Concerns I recently moved to the Braddock Hills area and was excited to revisit this spot, which used to be Folie’s a few years back. The food here is absolutely delicious, and it’s the perfect place to grab a bite, enjoy a margarita, and relax. That said, I’ve had a few experiences with a particular staff member that were concerning. While most of the team has been friendly and welcoming, However, barmaid (JESS who served me February the 7th around 1:49 p.m.) has been noticeably short and dismissive on a couple of occasions. For example, there were times when she rolled her eyes or responded curtly when I greeted her, even though previous visits had been pleasant. I even had an instance where my drink was placed at the very edge of the bar in a way that felt intentionally difficult. I did call to bring this to the manager’s attention to address it, no and she allegedly answered the phone as the manager, and to my experience the manager is a gentleman as well as the owner. I wanted to share it here as well. I’ve spoken with other patrons who’ve noted that her personality can sometimes affect the overall experience. While I understand everyone can have an off day, consistent professionalism and courtesy are essential in customer service, especially in a neighborhood gem like this one. Overall, I truly enjoy this restaurant—the food, ambiance, and most of the staff make it a wonderful place. “I love the smoothies! The Bowls are great as well. My only concern is how much sugar natural or not is contained in the products. I really wish there were more smoothies that contained less sugar. Kale, spinach, wheatgrass, beets, carrots. Everything tastes like candy. I want a smoothie/ smoothies bowl that a can be proud of consuming after a workout. Sugar is sugar regardless if it’s natural or not. But I do love the products“

“Taipei is by far the best sushi and Chinese restaurant in the Fox Chapel area. The servers are courteous and the specialty sushi rolls are noticeabley larger and tastier than Jimmy Wan's. In my opinion, Taipei also offers a better selection than Jimmy Wan's. We also appreciate Taipei's complimentary fried wontons served before each meal and orange slices provided at the end of service. This family-friendly restaurant always make us feel at home.“

“Visited Olive Garden (260 Mall Blvd, Monroeville, PA) on Veterans Day 11/11/2025, and the experience was absolutely perfect. Olive Garden offered a complimentary meal from a special veterans menu, and I truly appreciated the gesture.

Service from Bailey M was excellent and friendly. My guest ordered the Tour of Italy ($22.49) and I had Spaghetti with Marinara and 3 Meatballs ($16.78), both served hot, fresh, and delicious. The famous salad and breadsticks were just as great as always.

“I was at the Bob Evans in Monroeville on Thanksgiving Day. Waited over 2 hours to get a pick up that was ordered days before. Take out orders were left out in bags on tables for hours. People were furious! one man & a waitress got into a big verbal fight. Swearing at each other. I developed covid symptoms 2 days after being there. Just saying to many people in a small are it not appropriate. I would never recommend going there or picking up food on a holiday.“
