“This Dunkin is located on Brownsville Road on the Trevose/Feasterville area of Bucks County in the Trevose Plaza. The customer service is excellent very friendly and my order was ready when I arrived the food was hot and my coffee was chilled. They have a large seating area with plenty of tables and chairs good for groups and just relaxing or doing some stuff on your laptop n phone.

I ordered on the app and it was literally ready in minutes. I legit order the same thing every dunkin run: Vanilla almond milk iced coffe, sausage egg and cheese, and hashbrowns. I could immediately tell they don’t use old oil for the hashbrowns. They were perfectly crispy and didn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth. the sandwich was hot and not even a little burnt, and the coffee was the perfect amount of sweetness.“

This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! “i was at this location around 2:40pm on saturday 5/2 and the young gentleman behind the register was SO helpful. he was very attentive, working super hard, and was so so so friendly. his manager (i’m assuming) was an older woman who was clearly not in a good mood but the worker was doing a great job despite working for a possibly not so pleasant manager. i did not get his name but he was awesome. :)“
