“Today was the first time I have had take out food in almost 4 years. On recommendations from an allergy group I decided to try Jersey Mike's. I was so impressed with the staff at the Whitehall, Allentown PA location. They wiped down the surfaces, a dedicated knife was used for the gluten free roll and they even verified ingredients. I have food allergies and GI issues and I can honestly say I was in heaven after the first bite. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, and offering some allergy friendly options.“

But everything I typically dislike about franchises is the opposite here. Every time I visit, the employees are incredibly friendly, the sandwiches are outstanding, and the orders are always correct. I only have one small complaint, I’ve noticed the multiple times I go to johnnys (once again, great location) that they do not wipe their knives in between cutting sandwiches. So sometimes I will be eating a plain bagel with cream cheese and I’ll get a taste of onion and cheese from their previous sandwich they make. Other than that great!“

“This subway almost always has the freshest tasting bread of the ones in the area. Sometimes you have to wait a minute or two for help but the freshness is worth it. One tip...If you want to save money on your drink get it from the gas station instead of the subway counter because it's cheaper for a larger cup and you get it from the same fountain!“

Please use this store as an example. I put a note on my order today I’m allergic to tomato. When I came in I was told even though no sandwich where made yet she still wiped the area down and got a knife from the back that was not around the tomato at all I have never had this experience at any other store I felt so supported her and she didn’t even call my allergies weird like other stores
