“We are visiting from Indiana and decided to stop by for a sweet treat. Service was excellent, we got a small Belgian cookie which was DELICIOUS, a small mango which was also very good and a medium Oreo. My family and I enjoyed all three flavors and left very happy!
We really liked that they are open past 10pm. It really helped us out and it was such an inviting and cute atmosphere. Everything looked clean and definitely recommend this establishment!“

“My wife and I had some gelato from this shop on a hot summer night. As someone with many food allergies, I was delighted to find that the servers were well-versed in the ingredients and separate scoops in each flavor ensured minimal cross-contamination. I had the mint and my wife had the vanilla. We both agreed that the gelato was pretty good, though not extraordinary. Still, we were happy to be able to eat cool, tasty gelato from this fantastic location in the heart of Bridge Street, and would gladly stop by again.

“My mother has been talking about going for a Dairy Queen for months. She loves them and I have loved them since my very first little Dairy Queen cone at age two and now the tradition has been passed on to my little girl who had her first Dairy Queen at age 2.
I received exceptional customer service when the store was very busy and I had an unusual question:
My mother has been under the weather for a few days and so, I thought it would cheer her up, since she's been craving a Dairy Queen for - as I said - several months now, if I brought her home one. My drive home was going to be well over 30 minutes (Even up to an hour) because it was rush hour and I headed home from a very commercial area of the Philadelphia suburbs. When I asked about how Dairy Queen would recover if it melted during my long drive home and I put it back in the freezer, I was not given an answer. Rather, the woman who was dispensing wonderful Dairy Queen goodness into a cup for my order took it upon herself to create a virtual mini freezer for my to-go cup. She put the cup with the Dairy Queen itself into a much larger container that she filled with ice. She then put the Dairy Queen in the ice bath into one of the boxes they serve sandwiches out of and that box went into a bag.
Ingenious! Not only did the Dairy Queen arrive home, after over an hour in the car with me, it was perfect as it was when I left the Dairy Queen restaurant itself. And thank you so much, King of Prussia Dairy Queen employee, for caring about making sure my mother got a perfect Dairy Queen when you were busy with a lot of customers. Such personal investment in customers is a rare thing in this post COVID world. The experience I have just described in detail truly warmed my heart.
(PS - maybe Dairy Queen contains healing properties, or maybe it was the extra TLC in the particular cup of Dairy Queen my mother enjoyed, but the very next morning she was feeling 100% better).“

I wasn't instructed to use the self-service tablet and eventually stumbled across it after looking around. Of course it asked for a tip, lol.“

I got a coffee flavor; almonds, and chocolate chip toppings. I paid around $7, which isn't the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive I have paid for ice cream. The service was quick, and the portion size could have been more generous, but it was just enough for me, making it worth the price. The creamy texture and perfect balance of flavors made it an enjoyable treat. I have never had a problem with Cold Stone; you get to choose the flavor and toppings of your choice, making it a personalized experience every time. Plus, the friendly staff always makes the visit enjoyable. I will say this location is hidden in the mall with a lot of foot traffic, without any seating nearby, so the atmosphere doesn't encourage staying close by; it's more grab-and-go.“

“Food is generally very good. Sometimes, the food prep doesn't pick up any alterations. I ordered sandwich with grilled onion instead of raw and I still got raw. Not worth returning the food but attention to detail would be nice. This has happened to me in the past as well.“
