“Had a great experience for a first time going there. The wait for the food was a little long, but worth it. I got the steak wrap (spinach tortilla) with waffle fries. It came out hot and fresh and was delicious. Will go again and try the suggested chicken wings next.“

“Where can I begin… the food was delicious! Friendly service and real conversation. My family and I are from Indiana visiting for the weekend and we wanted to try Grandma B’s. Went on Saturday morning and it was so impressive we said “We’re coming back tomorrow before we leave!” Only to return Sunday morning and they had standing room only! Sadly my party and I were just going to head back to Indiana, hungry when they called us back in and said”We’re going to make room for you all up top.” They proceeded to prepare another area upstairs to accommodate our party! Hands down best food in service in Pittsburgh!“

“I don't drink so I don't frequent bars often. This is the 2nd time in a year I've stopped her, it was my birthday and just didn't want to be alone.
The young lady bartender happened to be the same one from like 6 months ago.

She recommended the Peach Margarita and it was delicious. Drank two and had a decent buzz going.

I waited for my food and when it came, it was flawless. I mean, for bar food.....its bar food but that shit was actually phenomenal.

All in all.....this young lady bartender makes me feel so welcome and not a bother at all..I would go back just because whoever that girl is on this 9/30/24 evening around makes me feel welcome and like she's happy I'm there.

Their wings are fantastic.

Edit: to put it in perspective, I first went to Carl's (nothing against Carl's).....i ordered a Guiness Draft and she must've heard Yeungling(spelling), so she gave me a glass of Yeungling. I'm too nice to say she messed up, I started to think maybe I did say Yeungling BUT HATE IT Why whould I say it? I don't even drink.

So my pathetic self sat there and tried to drink it. I took 3 or 4 sips, left a 2 or 3 dollar tip and walked out with nowhere else to go. Then I remembered how nice the bartender was at RoseCliff.....and could you believe, IT WAS HER AGAIN.

I've been married 18 years and I'm sure I'm much older than her so it's nothing weird like that but she is naturally kind and doesn't make me feel dumb because I'm not an alcoholic that knows about all the alcohol.

Whoever she is......pay her. Keep her. I don't know her name but I'm the guy that came in alone and got 2 peach margaritas, French dip and 6 wings to go. I added the "well done" to the wings late after I already ordered and them wings WERE PERRRRRRRRRRRRRFECTLY overcooked. No joke. Gotta bring my daughter next time (adult daughter)“

“A great local place for wings and a cold beer. Very good prices on liquor as well. A fun local place to get good quality food and have a beer. They have a couple machines available to play and the locals are always friendly. It closes early so no real issues.“

Everyone knows Burrell Inn is the best.It's connected to a bar so you get some cigarette smell, but still worth it.This last time we ate outside in the little courtyard. It's cozy out there and fun. “We visited Cornerstone for Brunch. I had an omelette with leeks and asparagus and a white sangria. The food and drinks are really good here. Expertly crafted with great nuances of flavor.
Cornerstone is a bit overpriced for portion size but not extremely.
The service here is lacking for me. There is just a snobbish aura from the staff who only seem particularly interested in their regular, repeat customers. New customers seem to be treated with covert flippancy. Therefore, I probably won't be back unfortunately.“

“Open for breakfast and lunch. The diner can get very busy starting mid-morning, especially on the weekend. Food is always hot, flavorful, and tasty. Reasonable prices. Service is prompt, and the staff are friendly. The Freedom Square Diner is one of my favorite spots to grab a bite, especially breakfast.“

“The servers here are great. Both ladies that took care of us were very friendly and made great suggestions. The food is great and they have a huge selection. Highly recommend. One thing to note is the steep stairs you have to climb to get to the main entrance. This may be difficult for a handicap person.“

“Inndigo Blue is a nice restaurant. The menu is somewhat limited, but the food was excellent. I had a cup of French onion soup and a chef's salad, both of which were quite good. My server (Kimberly) was helpful and very pleasant. She was appropriately attentive to my needs without being in any way intrusive. I live about 4 hours away and was here on business staying at the Comfort Inn (attached). I don't know when/if business will take me to this same address again, but for a simple, tasty dinner, Inndigo Blue is a winner. Thanks!!“

“the facilities are great, museum carriage House gift Center conservatory Clayton tours. don't waste your time at the cafe. did not feel welcome there too many policies that are inhospitable. policies that are not welcoming. also the manager is rude and Ben's the policy rules for certain people in certain groups. also don't believe the menu they post I thought the menu you'll get when you go in. it's a little overpriced for what's offered. the food is fairly average nothing outstanding it can't be made in your kitchen. plan to go to the property do the tours and museum and then you'll find better restaurants more hospitable off property in the area.“

“I ordered the Salad Bar for lunch at the Shaler Township Eat'n Park on July 29. The Salad Bar was clean, fresh and well-stocked, as were the soups, and everything tasted great! My server was Linda and she was very friendly and attentive, checking in with me every so often to see if I needed a refill on my iced tea or anything else. She made me feel so welcomed! “Ok, the wagyu truffle burger is actually as good as people say! Well seasoned, good amount of cheese, onion and lettuce is cut into a relish and mixed with sauce which makes the burger perfectly moist. I didn’t really feel truffle and the meat was almost well done even though I specified it wasn’t o be medium. Overall, a burger that’s much better than in most places so I’d definitely be back to try more things.“
