“I honestly love this location it is very clean, the people r very friendly & i simply just enjoy going here to enjoy my coffee. This location is cottman & Torresdale.“

“This is the slowest location ever. I've been there several times prior to leaving this review to give them a few chances. RIDICULOUSLY slow, beyond slow, the worst.

It doesn't appear that anyone working there is over the age of 12. I exaggerate, but seriously they are very very young, and seem confused. Don't ask for whipped cream on your frozen coffee, it's just too much for the babies to handle.

Yo owner, stop being lazy and cheap! I'm sure you've noticed business is crap, because teenagers are running the show.

That being said, the babies are always polite.“

“My mother and I went to pick up munchkins and hot chocolate for Father’s Day. A wonderful employee named Emery was sweet. She was helpful and affable. She deserves an employee award! This is a good location to go to!“

“Let me tell you I love this DD. it's my favorite the staff is always friendly. I usually go during the week and they know me and the Manger Rosey she and her crew Rocks. I went over the weekend and the weekend crew took every good care of me. friendly. I want to say thank you for always making me and my family sunset refresher.“

“I would give it a 5 star for the great staff and the fact that my coffee is always good, but why do they wait until I get to the drive thru to make my on the go order? Isnt the point of the on the go order to save time?“

“Honestly, finding a seat here on a weekday afternoon is surprisingly simple. They always have fresh coffee brewing, and while the donuts are standard, you can usually count on snagging a table without much fuss, which is a small miracle these days.“

“Very busy location. Very clean and staff was friendly.“

“It a good place to get a drink“

“To whomever stole my daughter’s purse this morning from Dunkin’ Donuts on Frankford Ave in Philadelphia, just know that the police have been contacted. And good luck using any of her cards, because they have all been canceled and reported stolen. We are also aware of the last location in which you attempted to use one of the cards. You WILL be found out, sooner or later. But in the meantime, I hope you feel good about stealing from a kid. And to the Dunkin’ Donuts employee who assisted me over the phone and gave me advice, I want to sincerely thank you. I know that you were probably incredibly busy, but that didn’t stop you from being kind and compassionate and helpful. So thank you.“

“I usually don't use the order ahead on the mobile app(horrific prior experiences ) but today I chose to & I'm glad I did! While there was definitely a line(it's the AM & helloooooo COFFEE!) The short wait was well worth it for the quality of the food & the service received! ? If y'all don't already have it, try the mobile app! Great bonuses (discounted or free food), and the option to order ahead, exactly what you want (at least at this location) are well with it! 10/10 recommend!

Parking: While in front of the store, parking is limited, there is a back lot with plenty of parking accommodations!

Kid-friendliness: These folks at this store have been super sweet to my kiddos! Always with a smile for them?

Wheelchair accessibility: While it appears that there's a step up the entire way around the building... There IS a small concrete ramp section at the opposite end of the structure! Sometimes ya just gotta look a bit closer! ?“

“Dunkin’ has truly become part of my daily routine. Every time I stop in, the service is quick and the staff greets me with genuine warmth, even during the morning rush. My iced coffee is always made just the way I like it — smooth, flavorful, and never too sweet. The breakfast sandwiches come out hot and fresh, and I appreciate how consistent the quality is, even when the line gets long. The store is clean, the atmosphere is upbeat, and the mobile order pickup makes everything incredibly convenient. Overall, Dunkin’ is the perfect place for a reliable boost to start the day.“

“I was selling for a coffee and bagels so I stopped at this Dunkin' donuts. Bagel was great but they spilled the the coffee down the side and didn't realize that there was a hole in the cup. So my coffee ended up in my car holder instead of inside of me. That's why I always go to the same Dunkin Donuts in Norristown“

“I go there 6 days a week at 6 a.m., never a good morning or thank you and that's with a tip each day“

“Penny at this location is amazing! She is always smiling and happy to help and such a pleasure to see every morning. I come to this location because of their customer service, cleanliness and always making me feel welcomed. 💜“

“Great employees! Very friendly they greet you when you come in and the even joke around. The only thing I had a problem with is the bathroom is the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen I was really grossed out. So bad I would not even wash my hands in the sink. If it wasn't for the bathroom this Dunkin Donuts would be perfect!“

“I was there with my daughter today & my coffee spilled. I was super overwhelmed because my daughter is a crazy little toddler but the lady behind the counter was immediately so nice & made me a new coffee & told me to stop cleaning it up because they got it. A little niceness goes a long way! You now have a forever customer. Thank you so much to that woman + man who mopped it up!“

“the coffee is good the staff are great“

“Standard Dunkin/gas station. They will make your order quickly, though. The younger employees speak perfect English. The older ones can be a little harder to understand. But, they always get my orders correct. So, ultimately, it doesn't affect anything. They have skill games, too. If gambling is your thing.“

“This Dunkin is located on Brownsville Road on the Trevose/Feasterville area of Bucks County in the Trevose Plaza. The customer service is excellent very friendly and my order was ready when I arrived the food was hot and my coffee was chilled. They have a large seating area with plenty of tables and chairs good for groups and just relaxing or doing some stuff on your laptop n phone.

Vegetarian options: One or two. They need more

Dietary restrictions: None

Parking: No worries

Kid-friendliness: Yes

Wheelchair accessibility: EZ access“

“Employees are very nice, I got a Boston Creme and an iced chai latte, both very good for a Dunkin. The shopping plaza has a very interesting layout and the exterior of the stores feel very outdated, otherwise a nice dunkin. I highly recommend it if you want a quick treat or a drink.“

“The donuts are fresh, the coffee is hot. But the service is a little slow. I mean what does it take to pour a cup of coffee with cream & sugar. But everyone there always has a smile and is friendly. So whatever. A good place to stop if you want coffee and a donut.“

“For my work I sometimes I have to put in very large box of joe coffee and hot chocolate orders along with large orders for dozens of donuts. This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! The location is super clean and everyone is so friendly and happy to help whether my order is small or very large for work. HIGHLY recommend!!!“

“Prices are better than other Dunkin’s in the area. Never have had an issue with my order. The drive thru moves pretty fast when it’s busy but the gas station traffic with dunkin can get chaotic. Other than that, I prefer this dunkin over the one by the high school due to the prices.“

“Anytime I am in here they are running around like a well oiled machine. The workers are very courteous at the register and food and coffee comes out quick and it’s always made well. Also my wife and I drink midnight coffee and they always make it fresh!!“

“Love the fact that they are branching out and embracing an plant based product from beyond meat !“

“I completely enjoyed my experience here. I enjoy the location and the peace and quiet and amazing people. They know how to make coffee here. Not like those other places where they're supposed to make you coffee but they just don't make it right. These guys make the coffee right. Great place to read your newspaper or use the wifi. It's nice to see the nice people and relax while drinking great coffee for the money you just paid. Well done 100%“

“The atmosphere is good clean the workers are very professional know why they are hired. The manager is great every worker know what their duties are because of this you do not waste time. You are in and out

Parking: All around their building, about 15 parking spaces“

“i was at this location around 2:40pm on saturday 5/2 and the young gentleman behind the register was SO helpful. he was very attentive, working super hard, and was so so so friendly. his manager (i’m assuming) was an older woman who was clearly not in a good mood but the worker was doing a great job despite working for a possibly not so pleasant manager. i did not get his name but he was awesome. :)“

“Anybody that knows me knows that Duncan is my favorite place to go I love the way they make my coffee sometimes they don't make it right but most of all they make it right I get a medium ice coffee with oat milk pecan whipped cream and cinnamon sugar delicious“

“I work in the mall and visit every shift to get a coffee. I worked at a different Dunkin’ Donuts for years but they will make that drink absolutely phenomenally every single time. I love my local mall dunkin they are truly the best ever!!!!“

“Came here for a no frills breakfast experience. Was a bit put off by a lot of the reviews but wanted to try it anyway since this place had recently been renovated. It’s nice, clean, well lit and open inside. We didn’t wait long to order, got our food quickly (two egg sandwiches), and both sandwiches tasted exactly like what a Dunkin breakfast sandwich should. Would visit again.“

“As soon as they saw me every morning they made my coffee and remembered exactly how I like it! Fast and friendly!“

“Had a great experience at Baskin-Robbins. The ice cream was tasty and there were plenty of flavors to choose from. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The shop was clean and had a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a nice place to stop for a sweet treat, and I would definitely come back again.“

“Always POSITIVE! The girls do a GREAT JOB serving customers with a smile and greeting. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED cafe 😊“
