“I come to this Dunkin almost every day. They are friendly and their food and drinks are consistently good. The line moves pretty quickly even when it’s really long. I rarely have issues with an order not being correct. It’s the best Dunkin around!“

“I have a subscription to their coffee roastery - I recieve a 5lb bag of Espresso Roast beans every 8 weeks to use in my at home espresso machine. Their beans have ruined all other coffee for myself and my wife - we can ONLY drink Backyard Beans coffee. It is the best coffee we have ever tasted. The worst part is - we live in Alabama so we can only ever order it for delivery!“

“At this place, you can really feel like you’re somewhere in Europe. It’s so cute and cozy , definitely my favorite spot for breakfast and coffee. They have a large variety of pastries, cakes, and macarons. I can say that my favorite are ham&cheese croissant and pain au chocolate. + this time I’ve ordered tiramisu latte, it’s amazingly tasty😍
Also my husband made me a present - chocolate cake from Tous Les Jours, just look how delicious it is🥰“

“As a Starbucks partner, this is the Starbucks I recommend. I've had a positive experience here for years & I purposefully come here when I need an extra boost of happy. Today Adrian took extra time to help me when I didn't know what to get.. his kindness really made my morning. I got a bagel from someone else & they were really sweet even though we didn't have a personal connection.. they still made me feel good to be here. Management here is doing an excellent job keeping their partners & customers comfortable & happy and it shows (: thank you!!“

“I go to this store faithfully every morning mainly i go through the drive thru but some days when the line is crazy long ill go inside to order... The lady that is always at the drive thru window always greets me so nicely. Always so upbeat. When i go into order the ladies inside are also very nice. Never had a bad experience! Service is pretty quick for the most part.“

I had this complaint since 1985! Kandel, Fenine, had one & I complained to Daniella. But she said, "IT IS MY RULE. I ALLOW IT." Well then, I think those managers are STUPID for allowing noserings/face piercings! Sorry!!
I am right in a way! Nobody agrees with me though, except maybe some people.
I would suggest to tell ALL employees to remove piercings at work.
It is bad image and unprofessional!

“This Starbucks location is just down the street from where I live, and back in June 2025 I stopped by the drive-thru for a coffee on a day when I was really struggling. I was having a horrible day and truly just going through it when I met Bobby at the window. From the moment he spoke, his incredibly kind words immediately lifted my spirits. I can’t fully describe it, but he genuinely changed my day for the better—even if it was only for a few moments. It was a powerful reminder that you never really know what someone is going through, and that simple kindness can truly mean everything.
Since that day, I’ve been back to this Starbucks many times and have looked for him every visit. It wasn’t until today (December!) that I finally saw him again. I recognized him instantly—before even seeing his face. These are the kinds of employees every business needs. Bobby makes the experience better overall, even when it’s “just” a cup of coffee, and I felt it was important to highlight that.
Overall, everyone at this location has consistently been kind, so management must be doing something right :)“
“Brand new beautiful starbucks. Clean. Airy with lots of light. Nice patio. Staff was friendly and my barista today was brand new and only 1 week into her training but she made my iced pecan oatmilk crunch latte with apple syrup perfectly. She was very kind. Job well done!“

“Been wanting to stop in for some time. Made the drive as I was thrilled to find peppermint stick ice cream! As well they have pistachio with pistachios(not almonds). Both were very tasty! owner was very friendly. Also a great place to nab some Stocks pound cake! (when available)“
