“The McDonald’s on Oxford Avenue in Foxchase September 15, 2024 has one of the best customer service employees I know! She is fabulous. She goes the extra mile to make sure everything is for the customer. It’s so refreshing to actually have and receive good customer service and quality food. I can’t say enough of how nice, courteous, professional and thoughtful she is! Finally a well Run McDonald’s with great staff!!!

This is one of busy McDonald’s restaurant in the Philadelphia, but all the staffs are really friendly and nice, I went to this McDonald’s location at October 15 Friday night, order the food and food come out really quick, especially the manager Kyle he is really nice person and very patience to the customers. “This is the best around! I went and had the best customer service with a guy named Eric. He was funny, and is the best cook there. “This McDonalds is far superior to the one just minutes away on Cottman. It's more friendly, cleaner, faster, accurate and, well, just about any other metric you can think of. Avoid the one on Cottman at all costs (trust me) and goto the one on castor. Gimme the 👍 if you know I'm right or had to learn the hard way“
“I drove to Ogontz Ave after I left the McDonalds on Chelten near Germantown Ave because it was Extremely chaotic and the staff looked overwhelmed and they were unprofessional.But when I walked into the Ogontz Ave location everyone was professional and the atmosphere was peaceful. I asked the nice woman taking my order, who’s the manager and she answered, I am the manager. Clearly, this manager cares about her restaurant. Please keep up the good work because customer service has declined greatly in our country.“

“I went here with my granddaughter on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at about 9:15 A.M. Clean and ready to serve. Drive through had a few cars in line, and a group 6-7 children and adults were inside, seated, waiting for their orders. I went inside today simply because I needed to use the restroom. Again, everything was clean!“
“Whoever did the job of hiring the young man that works overnight during the week and drive-through did a great job that dude was a nicest McDonald’s employee I’ve ever encountered in my 32 years of life on this earth. He literally was the nicest person ever you can tell hes one happy soul, I would honestly probably drive an extra 10 minutes if I wanted McDonald’s late night just to go to that one to deal with him we all know how McDonald’s employees are 99% of the time especially drive-through and especially overnight. “I go out of my way to visit this McDonald's instead of the one by my house on Oregon Ave. Sometimes they are a bit on the slow side but they never give me problems and my food is usually fresh. I feel like when it comes to McDonald's standards this location is pretty good.“

“Had lunch in the newly renovated McDonald's today. There is still some construction going on, but nothing that will interfere with your enjoyment.
The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They had even brought our meal out to the table when it was ready.
The food was very fresh and hot. We both had tried the new chicken Big Mac. Both of us had thought it was a chicken burger patty. But, it turns out it's a thin fried chicken cutlet. Although we both enjoyed it, the original Big Mac is still our favorite. Fries were cooked to perfection! McDonald's has the best fries 🍟 😋
The new renovations are nice with modern decor. Gone are the self-help soda machines. They've installed a couple of comfortable Booths, regular tables, and counter height tables with permanent stools. I was just a little too short for the stools, but the booth seating was perfect and comfy. They've done a really nice job. It looks nice and fresh.
They have added a special section on the side for Uber, door dash, and grubhub pickups, which will make it more convenient for them to quickly get in/out.
All in all, they're doing a great job at this location. Thank you 😊“
“I placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive through at about 10pm. It was very unorganized. I asked for no salt in my fries and they put salt on them. I asked for no ice in my drink and it was filled with ice. I had a simple order of 2 items and they drive through staff was so confused and asked me about 3 times what my order was. This McDonalds is run very efficiently during the day. One of the lady managers keeps the staff in order, store, clean and hold the staff to a standard of professionalism. The night staff leave much to be desired.

“Two stars is what I wanted to have given but because of the customer service I had to upgrade to 3 stars. I usually get ice coffee first in the morning around 7:15-7:25 and meet these two Mexican ladies(cashiers). They’re very welcoming, pay attention and give you exactly what you order. My first day here was horrible as I had to trash the coffee because they added too much sugar (I requested little sugar). Glad that they are making improvements on the food and services.

I always give this location chance, after chance, after chance, I hate that this location is open late, but they never serve food late for some odd reason. The workers are all young and don’t care about anything except being on their phone and joking around. This place needs an inspection because the soda machine machines are nasty and never work. The only good thing about this location is that it’s down the block from where I live but honestly, I would rather drive to second and Lehigh or front in Girard for better service.“
“First, why doesn’t McDonalds just take milkshakes off the menu? We all know it’s not down…Next, the meth addicts are gone, (meth dispensary 2 blocks away)but there’s no need to go inside anyway because they have NO workers. Usually just one person at the register who is basically there to make you use the self serve kiosk. This seems to be common as McDonalds is phasing out all their workers. When you do go inside, their priority is CLEARLY to serve drive thru and mobile orders. I do drive, but evidently if you don’t, McDonald’s is willing to live without your money, which I don’t have much of a problem with because their prices have become ridiculous?“

My food was hot and ready from mobile order and they even asked if i wanted extra napkins. Only reason its not 5 stars is because it was a mobile drive thru order and i changed it to pick up at counter and it took extra 10minutes after it said food was ready.“

“I go through the drive thru every morning for an iced coffee, (caramel or French vanilla). At only 1.08 (any size), (Dunkin is $5.00 or more) it's super affordable every morning and tastes every bit as good as Dunkin (ok, maybe not quite as good but good enough 😅).“
