“First off I wasn’t going to leave a review but when I seen how my packaging was, and the food quality was ! the perfection and love they put into this I just had to give them a review! I know this is a new spot because previously this area used to be a Boston market but I’m super excited about this Popeyes not only is the food quality is A1 ( delicious ) they show that they love their customers and they love their job! The employees not only gave us a great greeting and helped us thoroughly but our food was on point with the accuracy! Definitely recommend!!“

“Worse and most expensive location in the city! I finally got my food after standing inside the restaurant for about 45 minutes. It was because I had a heated conversation with the manager. I was overcharged for an order that the cashier couldn't get right nor understand. It's not the employees' fault. This is a management issue. He tried to make the issue all mine and continue to have me pay for the wrong order at a higher price. After he realized that it was not effective to blame the customer, he eventually had to refund my purchase and ring up the correct order. Finally, I received my food and was able to leave. Customer service is not easy. I've been there, done that. However, when mistakes happen, just try to understand the issue and correct it. In the end, I finally realized that while the food was good this time (I was there long enough for a fresh batch to be up), I had to check myself. Having stupid conversations and waiting for almost an hour to get greasy fried chicken for dinner is crazy. Clearly, I need to reevaluate my choices and my diet!?“

That's why they've been able to unseat KFC as the undisputed champion in fried chicken preparation and service.Parking: Limited number of parking spots but I don't see that as a problem if you don't go there at a busy time.“

“Pretty clean, surprised not a line at 1230 on a Friday. Anyway got 12 piece meal. Chicken was hot and crispy . Girl cashier was polite as was the manager . Only issues was seems put way to much gravy on mashed potatoes and same goes for the beans with the beans and rice.Overall was hot,tasty and quick in and out.“

Amazing, Popeyes hit the mark for me with these being added to the menu. “A lot of Popeyes restaurants are poorly maintained, and cleanliness can seem like an afterthought. That’s not the case at the Ridge Ave location. The place has always been very clean and the food is always great. Not everyone is crazy about their chicken sandwiches, but the spicy chicken sandwich from Popeyes is my favorite chicken sandwich right now. Staff here is really nice, I’ll definitely be eating here again.“

“Tried the new strawberry biscuit and got the 6.99 2 pcs box. The strawberry biscuit, it taste better than the regular biscuit but 1 for $1.79 is a bit much. You instantly smell strawberry when you open the lid, glaze on top plays its part. Its served hot/warm and its best to eat it while its hot. Again its ok but not for the price. Chicken box was the usual. Got spicy dark meat, rice and beans and mash..all good. Staff was nice.“

“Food is great, the customer service is great too. However, the moment I got in, the first thing I walked into were hood boogers being disrespectful towards the employees. Hire an arm guard for this location so that those people can act straight and be put in their place when they act up. This is a great location for a Popeyes, and I'd hate for the staff to quit because of the bad apples.“
“I really don't go to Popeyes too often but I can say this was the best one I've visited. The staff was genuinely so nice and respectful along with being quick and accurate with orders from the dining room, drive-thru and ones coming in thru Doordash. And on top of all that the restaurant itself appeared very clean and the staff seemed to really like working with each other. This is a great location“
