“The customer service here at this location is impeccable especially since I came right before closing, and it didn’t help that I was indecisive. Everyone was very polite, and gave great recommendations and although it was the end of tonight I still seen big smiles and high energy. It was suggested for me to get the ghost pepper dry rub wings and they were hot, fresh and delicious!“

“The chicken, beans and biscuit was fresh at this location. I ordered ahead so my service was already ready. The mash potatoes didn't taste as flavorful as in the past. They tasted more instant this time too. I appreciate the biscuit being softer and not hard as a brick as per their usual. I still don't prefer this new recipe they're using; please go back to the old recipe!“

“I had an excellent experience at the Torresdale Popeyes! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making the ordering process quick and easy. My food arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavor—the signature fried chicken was perfectly seasoned and crispy, just as I hoped. The sides were generous and delicious, especially the mashed potatoes and Cajun fries. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere for dining in or picking up. “This is the most friendliest popeyes o have ever been to. The cashiers were very nice. I have ordered the 12 pcs family meal, chicken was hot and the Mac and cheese was perfect for me. I añdo hoy 2 Apple pies, it was just lovely. I came to drive-thru, they were very fast. By the time i came to the window to pay, Food was ready by that.“

“I know it’s kinda weird to see a review for fast food restaurants, but honestly I think this is the best Popeyes in the city. Consistently better made food and better service than other Popeyes I’ve been to. Sometimes yk they’ll make mistakes here and there but it’s fast food. “Ok, I have to admit, I prefer a drive thru, although this location doesn't have it everything else was on point. I'd seen a special at another location for a complete meal w/shrimp, chicken strips, 1 side, 1 biscuit & drink for like $10. The other location Said it was over, but luckily for me at the Champlost location it was still available. GREAT deal I might add. My food was hot & fresh, biscuits (I ordered 1 extra) were on point, they gave me my correct sauces with napkins & utensils to eat with, 😊there was ice in the soda machine & my drink of choice Vanilla Dr Pepper was available AND it wasn't flat. (Do you hear me?) The Popeye Gods were all aligned, can't beat that. Not to mention I was greeted with a welcome to Popeyes, I was there start to finish for about 5-7 minutes, there was 1 or 2 people who ordered ahead of me. It was a good day. Lastly, no 1 up front had on bonnets & they all had on some sort of Popeyes uniform. 🙌🏾👏🏾👍🏾😊“

“The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and had that classic spicy Popeyes taste. The seasoning was really good and the chicken came out hot and fresh with a nice crunch on the outside. Overall it was a solid meal and the flavor was exactly what you expect from Popeyes.

“I went in to pick up dinner for my son after school and Ali was not only prompt but polite. i felt heard and he got my order 100% correct. A lot of times with fast food the order is either not correct or the team member doesn’t care to ask what sauce you would like with your food. Ali covered all bases and i’m so thankful! I recommend going to this Popeyes 10 times around due to the service that I was given!! Thanks Ali 😊“

“Ive been coming to this Popeyes for years and I’ve seen this place at its worst, and it’s definitely at its best. Thanks to the manager. Spanish lady with glasses. It used to be filthy with a bunch of ppl randomly hanging in there, selling DVDs, now,… it’s clean, fast, convenient and you can actually sit inside and have a great meal. That’s all. “I've been coming here for years every time I want to satisfy a terrible craving for fried chicken. Always a little sketchy in there (but what do you expect, it's a Popeyes not a Maggiano's) but somehow even though none of the staff smile, the service is very friendly and patient. Grab a box, walk over to the indoor seating across the street Liberty Place, and I'm a happy camper. Wish the lighting was better, I just know it makes the staff depressed.“

“Love that chicken from Popeyes...when it's hot it has a unique flavor and its nice and crispy. My issue on the last visit was the service. I ordered a quart of iced tea and they gave me a large and put ice in It; stating that they didn't have the proper container and that it was equivalent of the price 🙃 Well duh...it surely was not. So when I pointed this out to the person who brought my food to my car, he fixed it by bringing me out a small iced tea...emphasis no the ice. This was the 1st and likely the last time I'll use.the app as I had to wait.longer than the average drive through customer. Where has commitment to quality gone these day🫣“

“Service and food being actually cooked unlike other locations is five stars and none this is the best Popeyes around anymore all the other Popeyes roster chicken and you can taste the difference and I hate when you order spicy tenders and they mix in mild because they don’t have spicy. I threw them away and I never go back to that location because I like spicy tenders only not mild. That’s why I asked for all spicy, I didn’t think it was that big of a deal“

“Very good. Chicken cooked all the way but not too much so the skin isn't hard as a rock. Not excessively dry. Biscuits might be overcooked though get like 11th and market Popeyes. Real soft and fully cooked biscuits. That's how their supposed to be not touch and dry. Only thing is no online orders for some odd reason idk that means more sales idk why no online orders“

“The service was fast as soon as I walked in. The food was well stocked so didn't have to wait for anything to finish cooking & they had only been opened for about 30 mins. at that point. Was disappointed there was no drive thru but other than that it was good. I will be going back to location again.“

Hire an arm guard for this location so that those people can act straight and be put in their place when they act up. This is a great location for a Popeyes, and I'd hate for the staff to quit because of the bad apples.“
