“The customer service here at this location is impeccable especially since I came right before closing, and it didn’t help that I was indecisive. Everyone was very polite, and gave great recommendations and although it was the end of tonight I still seen big smiles and high energy. It was suggested for me to get the ghost pepper dry rub wings and they were hot, fresh and delicious!“

“The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and had that classic spicy Popeyes taste. The seasoning was really good and the chicken came out hot and fresh with a nice crunch on the outside. Overall it was a solid meal and the flavor was exactly what you expect from Popeyes.

“Ok, I have to admit, I prefer a drive thru, although this location doesn't have it everything else was on point. I'd seen a special at another location for a complete meal w/shrimp, chicken strips, 1 side, 1 biscuit & drink for like $10. The other location Said it was over, but luckily for me at the Champlost location it was still available. GREAT deal I might add. My food was hot & fresh, biscuits (I ordered 1 extra) were on point, they gave me my correct sauces with napkins & utensils to eat with, 😊there was ice in the soda machine & my drink of choice Vanilla Dr Pepper was available AND it wasn't flat. (Do you hear me?) The Popeye Gods were all aligned, can't beat that. Not to mention I was greeted with a welcome to Popeyes, I was there start to finish for about 5-7 minutes, there was 1 or 2 people who ordered ahead of me. It was a good day. Lastly, no 1 up front had on bonnets & they all had on some sort of Popeyes uniform. 🙌🏾👏🏾👍🏾😊“

“This is my first time coming to this store, and I was impressed about how the young man (Roy-j )handled the customers Me in particular, he was very professional knowledgeable, and patient, This young man deserve a raise and possibly his own store while I was waiting for my food. I was impressed how he directed the other workers as to what to do. I’m not a talent scout but I know professionalism when I said it, and this guy is a professional. so many things that a young person could be doing in the streets, but he’s working at Popeyes trying to start a career for himself and with that I commend him And wish him great success. “This location is very convenient to my job. I always go as soon as they're open at 10 am sharp. I always get the same thing...spicy fish sandwich w/ spicy aolii w pickles, coleslaw, beans & rice and a frosty lemonade ? mostly every Friday ? imma be SAD ? when the fish sandwich was discontinued“

“I went in to pick up dinner for my son after school and Ali was not only prompt but polite. i felt heard and he got my order 100% correct. A lot of times with fast food the order is either not correct or the team member doesn’t care to ask what sauce you would like with your food. Ali covered all bases and i’m so thankful! “So, this is a good Popeyes. The food is hot, I see them making it fresh, and they're generally fast. It's difficult to understand a few of the cashiers or the person at the drive through though. Bad employees don't seem to last long and good employees seem to stick around. That's a good sign that this place has good management. It's just frustrating that the person who deals with the customers clearly has difficulty speaking English but they do make an effort to provide good service.“

“I eat here at least five times a week. Especially since I work a few stores down from this location and it’s always open when I get off work. I’ve never had an issue with my food until the time before this last visit when my red beens and rice smelled sour and tasted spoiled. I spoke the the guy that fixed my food and explained to him what happened. He just looked at me and turned around like I didn’t say anything. No apologies or anything. I didn’t want anything for free which I’m assuming is what he thought. I just wanted to let them know what had happened. Thinking since I’m a regular customer that they would at least want to apologize for the bad experience. I’m just gonna assume that my business isn’t valued.“

I ordered a quart of iced tea and they gave me a large and put ice in It; stating that they didn't have the proper container and that it was equivalent of the price 🙃 Well duh...it surely was not. So when I pointed this out to the person who brought my food to my car, he fixed it by bringing me out a small iced tea...emphasis no the ice. “Service and food being actually cooked unlike other locations is five stars and none this is the best Popeyes around anymore all the other Popeyes roster chicken and you can taste the difference and I hate when you order spicy tenders and they mix in mild because they don’t have spicy. I threw them away and I never go back to that location because I like spicy tenders only not mild. That’s why I asked for all spicy, I didn’t think it was that big of a deal“

“Very good. Chicken cooked all the way but not too much so the skin isn't hard as a rock. Not excessively dry. Biscuits might be overcooked though get like 11th and market Popeyes. Real soft and fully cooked biscuits. That's how their supposed to be not touch and dry. Only thing is no online orders for some odd reason idk that means more sales idk why no online orders“

Hire an arm guard for this location so that those people can act straight and be put in their place when they act up. This is a great location for a Popeyes, and I'd hate for the staff to quit because of the bad apples.“
