“This location is unique in my opinion. And I like it!A few things to note. If you are not in a hurry to go anywhere. Order from here.When I first looked at the building. I didn't know it was Auntie Anne’s location. I almost passed on going in until I saw someone walk out with a bag of their pretzels. So, with that being said—It looks like they are closed (even on the days they are open — weekends only — please check Auntie Anne’s for correct hours or any updates).When you walk inside you will see no pretzels on display. Which, is fine. This is where the patience comes into play because the pretzels are made to order!!!I've been a few times since my first visit and it took them only 7-10 minutes to hand me my hot and fresh pretzel!!! I've enjoyed them every single time. No complaints! I prefer it that way instead of having the pretzels sit out over a heated light to stay warm all day.The consistency of the pretzel taste is there. However, my only issue is that I **believe** the pretzels are thinner (still doughy but not as thick) compared to other locations like the mall or airport.Other than that. The staff is very kind! and also ready to take your once you approach the counter.I will visit them every time I'm in the area and craving an Auntie Anne’s pretzel.“

I can tell you all day long how they've made my grandchildren's birthdays special. Now, I'm not a facebook guy. I made this account, not only because my wife didn't want to get involved, but because I wasn't going to let some piece of trash on here bash this company and their great staff. These are great people and a lot of us customers know that.
